In the event that a package is lost or damaged, I will make every effort to help you locate it (delivery confirmation usually takes care of that) and will harrass the post office on my end. However, once it leaves my hands, I can only do so much. If packages tend to get lost on their way to you, I would suggest asking for shipping insurance.

If you receive your item and you are unhappy with it, I will also make every effort to work something out. I want to make every customer happy and am very easy to work with. Please check measurements and read the description carefully, because I cannot do exchanges on many of my one of a kind items. If there's something actually wrong with your purchase, I will gladly give a refund once the item has been returned to me. The only favor that I ask, is that you contact me first before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I take my 100% feedback rating very seriously and will find a way to make your experience with Glamarita a very positive one!

I accept paypal, checks and money orders, but prefer paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use their services. Please choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and a further down the screen you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card.
I wait for checks to clear and money orders to be cashed before I ship out. Please let me know when you put them in the mail and I will email you immediately upon receiving them from you. =)

I ship USPS First Class for everything and include Delivery Confirmation on all US shipments. Unfortunately, Delivery Confirmation is not available from the Post Office on International Shipping, but can insure your packages for an additional fee if you request.
I always use the address listed on your paypal. If you've moved and haven't updated your account, it will go to the wrong place!! Please save us both a lot of time and update, double-check your account =)

I am currently accepting custom orders and alchemy requests. I will be very honest with any limitations (time, fabric availability, etc) and can most often have them done within a week. I do work full time as a Special Education teacher and so sometimes, it might take me a few additional days to get your order out to you =)

IMPORTANT TIE ME UP TIE ME DOWN INFORMATION: I am currently 4 weeks out on orders for these and the swishy fringe dresses. If you really, really need one in a shorter time frame, I can try to accommodate you, however I do charge a $50 rush order fee.
Also, because these dresses are so ultra fitted, it is very important that you give me accurate measurements. I recommend having another person take your measurements so that you don't have to twist or bend. I make them to fit the measurements you give me, so if during the time between ordering and receiving the dress, you drop or gain a few pounds, I can make the alterations for you only if you pay shipping both ways and a $20 alteration fee.
Lastly, upon request I have begun sending a mock up of the ties I will use in the TIE ME UP TIE ME DOWN dresses. I cannot begin your custom order until you approve the color selection. I want you to love your TIE ME UP TIE ME DOWN gown and to receive it on time, so quick communication is essential!!
