Hello everyone! Welcome to Glamatronic Couture! I offer unique and handmade items from makeup to jewelry to accessories.

Returns and exchanges
Cosmetics, nail polishes, wigs, ad cosmetics can't be returned or exchanged for sanitary purposes. Custom made just for you items (ie items with special colors, patterns, names, extras added on) obviously can't be resold due to customization, so there are no returns.

If for some reason a return or exchange is accepted, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee is charged with no exceptions.

Please be aware that colors on your monitors may or may not be 100% accurate for each item because of differences in monitor settings and screen displays. Allow for slight variance in shades. These are handmade as well, so allow for slight variances. If you don't agree with this, then do not order because it's beyond my control and I do my absolute best to make all shades as accurate as possible. You can not return a color for this reason, no exceptions. If you are that unsure of a color you can message me about it first or just pass on the order.

Order Mistakes
-If for some reason your order was shipped to the wrong address because you haven't updated your address, simply message me. As long as your original order is returned to me, I will reship your order after you pay for the extra shipping charges to reship. I won't charge you any other fees, just the shipping fee, and I will repack your items once I receive them. If your order is not returned to me, then you will have to repurchase your items. Address are automatically put on the shipping labels as you have entered them, so this only happens if you have entered the wrong address yourself.
-If you receive a wrong item due to fault of our own, please message us as quickly as possible. Once we okay your return, you can write return to sender on the package and send it back to us. We will then send you the right items back at no cost to you. However, you must let us know about the mistake within 2 weeks after receiving your order. You can't keep items for 2 months and then decide you want to return them.

Order Cancellations
Depending on your payment method, there may be a small fee deducted from your refund due to the fact that I am charged a renewal fee of 20cents per item by etsy for each item after cancelled. Aside from the small fee, you will get a full refund.If paid with paypal checkout your refund will be subject to the fees of for 20cents per item plus an initial charge of 0.35cents and 3.5% (paypal charges the .35cents and 3.5% to me). Please keep in mind I only do this because I am charged these fees and would be in the negative for your cancelled orders. If I had control over the funds I would refund everything, but unfortunately paypal does not refund everything back to the seller.

Jewelry Repairs
You can send items ( jewelry items only), back to me for repairs within 30 days of purchase. You must pay for shipping both ways to have repairs done.

Damaged Shipment Item Policy
99.9% of orders arrive in perfect condition, however, If items within the US are damaged via shipment, I can offer to repair new items if you send the damaged item back and pay for shipping on the new item.
*However, you MUST make sure the items gets back to be in the same condition. If you carelessly pack the item and it gets damaged even more in the mail beyond repair, I cannot repair your item. Please keep in mind I work several hours on the items and really want to help you and fix them so you are super happy with your items! So pack with care so I can fix them for you and they don't break during shipment. Damages rarely ever happen and most fragile items now include insurance, yay : )

Repairs More...
if you item requires a simple repair, you can send it back to me if you pay for shipping costs and I will repair it for you. If it requires a large repair I can give you an estimate on what it would cost to have it fixed. No repairs will be made on items after 30 days. If you happen to order an expensive higher end piece of jewelry valued at $75 or more, I will offer to repair these pieces for up to 60 days, again, you must pay shipping costs and fees if extensive amounts of repairs is needed. No repairs will be made to any international orders.
With international packages once the order leaves my hand, I'm not responsible for damages, lost items or anything else, so if you do not agree to this, then do not purchase internationally.

Lost Items US
I do use delivery confirmation, if delivery confirms it was delivered to your address, I am not responsible for theft at your home and there is nothing I can do about it. This is very unfortunate. However, if your item is lost in the mail and shows it has not been delivered two weeks after expected delivery date, then I may be able to send you a new item.
However, you MUST let me know within *30 days* from ship date that your order did not arrive

Also, the delivery information is often erased from the postal service data base after several weeks. Just message me promptly and there will be no problem re-sending your order.

Please be patient, especially during the holidays because orders are often delayed and not lost.

If tracking shows your order has not arrived and it has been over 14 business days within the US only, then I will gladly reship your order as long as the address you provided was correct and there was no delivery confirmation. Please notify me of the lost order after the 14 business days and before the 30 days period expires. Also, once a package leaves my hand, I have absolutely no control over what happens to a package, please keep that in mind and that I will reship to you for free and thus lose any profits I had just to make you happy. However, I do not do refunds for orders once they have been shipped, no exceptions.

Please do not give negative feedback for mistakes made by the postal service as this is beyond my control and I do try to do whatever possible to fix the problem, but there is only so much I can do, such as reshipping the order out. The new star feedback system is meant for items only and nothing but the item.

Buyer Error Returns, Please Read Item Listings Before Purchase
Some items have choices such as color, quantity, chain type, etc. If you do not read the item listing and forget to pick your color choice, studs or dangle, chain length or other choices, your package may then be delayed up to a week if I email you for details. OR I may send you a random item as stated in the item descriptions. You cannot return or refund the item simply because you forgot to include your color choice or that you'd rather have dangle earrings over studs. If I email you for details your item may be delayed a few days, please understand that I am only making sure you get the item you want.

Lost Items - International
. Once the package leaves the country I cannot be responsible for lost items because basic usps shipping does not offer tracking internationally. If you are afraid of your package getting lost, please upgrade to ups or fed ex shipping or registered mail, which offers tracking information to international countries. There is a listing in the shop for registered mail usually and if not, please message me to upgrade. I can even add the upgrade after your purchase if you forgot to order it. No returns, refunds or exchanged on items sent internationally. There is the same 25% restock fee if for some reason an exchange is accepted due to fault of our own.

Shipping Speed
Your delivery time all depends upon your shipping method and your local post office. Once the package leaves my hands, the speed has absolutely nothing to do with me, but with the local post office. Please keep this in mind. However if there is a problem, just let me know and I'll be happy to fix it however possible.

Final Notes : )
Please keep in mind us etsy sellers are one person hand-making everything and that when we make an item, it takes several hours. A lot of time and effort goes into your handmade items. Then etsy charges us a listing fee, a selling fee, a credit card fee and then paypal charges almost 10% fee for using their services as well. Combine that with the costs of packing materials, labels,ink, taxes, and the cost to make the item and it's materials in the first place... We really make almost no profit, at least i don't. When it comes down to it, I'm making things because I love to make them. You are getting an amazing deal for handmade items! Please take care and treasure your handmade item, because I work so hard to make something special for you and it breaks my heart when people don't realize how special the items really are : )
I am now accepting direct credit through etsy as well as paypal.

Paypal is 100% free to use, you do not have to have a paypal account to pay through paypal, just checkout as a guest and enter your information. Please note that you can use any credit card or echecks on Paypal. is the safest and easiest way to shop online.

If you pay with an eCheck, I cannot ship your item until the eCheck has cleared; this takes around 4-6 business days to clear. For international echecks, it may take even longer to clear.

Item Payment:
All normal items are expected to be paid for within 48 hours. Purchases will be canceled after 4 days of non payment and you may be subject to paying fees. If you for some reason need an extension, please let me know and we can work something out.

Payment Plan for Expensive Items
For more expensive items (items over $100), we can work out a payment plan if needed. Let me know how much you want to pay and we can schedule due dates in which you purchase listings each week or two weeks, etc. There may be small additional fees due to the fact that paypal charges fees for each individual transaction/payment.You will not receive your item until the entire price is paid in full.
All items are made to order, after purchase, by hand.

Tracking Number: You can get free tracking numbers if you request it before shipment.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 -2 weeks from purchase. It can take shorter or longer depending on how many orders I have and how busy I am.

Please check my shipping time status in the shop announcements. I often update how many days it will currently take to ship out an order. I also place things such as vacations, breaks, emergencies, and other important shipping information, so please take note when these announcements are up.

ShippingDelivery Time
Most items shipped via standard mail arrive anywhere from 2-7 business days after shipped, but can take 8-14 days in some cases. Holidays often take longer than usual.

Items shipped via priority mail usually take 1-4 business days, but can take up to 5 days during some cases such as holidays.

I am not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.

Please note that I will only ship to your PayPal address if paid with paypal and the etsy address if paid via direct checkout! You can alter your PayPal address at the time of payment if needed, but I cannot change the address myself. If you are shipping a gift to a different address, please go into your paypal account and change your address temporarily to the desired address.

If you purchase an item for preorder or any item that is not yet made, the date of shipment is subject to changing. The date given to you is an estimate, so please understand things may happen to delay the exact date that the pre-order item will be ready. This rule applies to custom orders, made to order, and any order with made after purchase items. I will do my best to get everything out as quickly as possible of course.

Direct Checkout Payment
- If you pay via direct checkout, supposedly etsy will insure your the order up to $1000. I have not incurred anything to do with lost orders via direct checkout yet, but this is what etsy is stating, so it may or may not be accurate. This is something you may have to inquire etsy themselves directly rather than the seller as they have not sent us anymore information about it.

For custom made to order items (items that are made from scratch after you order them), it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. Usually it takes no more than 2 week unless I'm backed up with orders, or it's the holiday season, or you request extra pictures which I must take later.

The Shipping cost includes not only postal fees, but packing material, time spent packing, and other shipping supplies rather than adding it to the price of the item like most people do. If you prefer it priced the other way, I can switch it.

-Priority Shipping - Priority shipping costs only $5.99 plus 35cents per each additional item. If you'd like flat rate shipping for several items, message me for a flat rate box of $7.99.

-You can add an optional signature confirmation. Price may vary, but is usually around $3 in the US

-First Class Shipping is my default and is anywhere from $2 to $3.99 for most packages in the US, additional items price varies and usually adds on 0.40 to 1.50 depending on weight.

- Insurance is $3 for most orders under $100 in the US

- Tracking - I offer free tracking numbers to the US if you request them before shipment. If you request the number and I haven't sent your number, just message me for it.


- During the holidays, it takes much longer for the postal service to deliver orders and I highly, highly suggest using priority shipping. Please try to order a month of ahead of time if using standard shipping and at least 2-3 weeks ahead of time for priority mail during the the holiday rush.

International Buyers - Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I recommend purchasing insurance on international orders. I can't be responsible for lost and damaged packages that were shipped with standard post and no insurance internationally. Depending on your area, it can take anywhere from 7 days to 2 months. UK orders usually arrive within the two to four weeks, but I can't guarantee that.

*** Please note If you are an international buyer who did not purchase insurance or tracking or a registered mail option, I can't be responsible for lost packages. Please file a claim with your post office about your package. no exceptions.


Bulk Orders - Flat Rate Shipping

If you happen to purchase several items or bulk orders, please feel free to contact me for a flat rate shipping fee. If for example you find yourself paying over $8 for shipping in the US, I can more than likely ship your package via a flat rate box for a more inexpensive rate.

3. SAMPLES you can request a sample color to be included in your order. Only ONE sample will be given unless there is a promotional/sale going on. If you want to try out more than color, request 3 gram jars for only $4.99 or buy a sample pack! Also note that repeat and loyal customers who purchase several items will often get extra freebie samples, especially upon request! : )

4. COSMETIC INGREDIENTS - List of ingredients for products is available. In general mineral shadows main ingredients include, mica, silk mica and minerals. I try my hardest to make everything without titanium dioxide but a few select shades have it. Some matte shades may contain trace amounts of other oxides. Most shades are made without carmine (I.E. They are VEGAN except for the ones with carmine), except the reds and deep pinks, but please message me for a full list of vegan options. You can request a printed list of all ingredients for any item by messaging me here on Etsy to be included with your order or simply email for ingredients for specific colors if you wish.

5. SHIPPING NOTE: Keep in mind I handmake everything after purchase and If there is a date you need your order by or expect it to arrive, you can leave me a note in the checkout comment box and I can then let you know if your order will arrive by that time frame. If it won't, you can simply purchase either a fast shipping upgrade or vip rush option.

6. HOW LONG IS US SHIPPING TIME: Your order will ship usually within 2-10 business days, so around a week or so from purchase date for made to order items. I handmake everything after you purchase it, even the makeup. Sometimes it may ship quicker than this depending on how many orders I have. So it will usually take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for you to get your order. If it's been 4 weeks and you don't have your order, feel free to message me, if it hasn't been that long yet, please refrain from sending messages because I'm sure your package will be there soon!

7. HOW LONG IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 45days. During the holidays please allow for longer periods of times because customs stations make big delays with packages. Shipping time is beyond my control. Look into shipping upgrades if you want your order more quickly. Priority shipping takes only a couple weeks. Also note that I'm not responsible for lost packages through international if you do not purchase registered mail.

8. WHAT IF I NEED AN ORDER FAST?If you need your items sooner, let me know and you can purchase the vip rush package to move your items to the front of the line and get made, packed and shipped out before anyone else's. those will ship within 1-3 business days at the latest, so you will get your items in most likely only 1 week for US.

9. RETURNS, DAMAGES, EXCHANGES. Questions about shop policies, shipping and returns, damages, etc can be found in the polices page under the shipping policy section and returns section.

NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, hand assembled, vintage, or altered. No two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the handmade product! Please allow for slight variances and if you have a preference for a certain look, just message me.

If you have cosmetic allergies please inform me beforehand so I can ensure your shade will not be anywhere near the ingredients you specify. If it is a commonly used ingredient in most of my products, I may recommend you not purchasing to be safe. It all depends on which ingredients you specify and it's best to be safe. If you do not inform me of your allergies then I cannot be held responsible as there may be trace amounts of ingredients in products if they were near other ingredients during production.

I do offer gift wrapping for the Holiday season, birthdays, mother's day and more! Please message me for details and include what type of wrapping you'd like, which items you want wrapped and any other important information and I will quickly message you back.
---Gift wrapping will be only $5 for most items, if you require a particular color or style I do not have, I would be happy to purchase and use the color you want if you are willing to pay for the supplies.

---Gift boxes are available for purchase for $2 or are completely free with jewelry orders of $25 or more. I will pick the appropriate size. Currently they are available in white, hot pink and teal, black, but please message me for color options beforehand as I sometimes run out of colors.

I do custom items and will go by your directions for the custom item. No refunds, returns or exchanges on custom items. However if you find a problem with your item just let me know and I'll do my best to fix it.

If you are a seller who wants to order several items, you are welcome to message me for information on bulk orders, you must have written permission to sell any items from Glamatronic. If for example your shop want to carry Glamatronic makeup or jewelry or you are having a wedding party or something similar, send me a message with what you have in mind.

I am up for trades! I like anything girly. If I agree to trade, we must try to find items that are similar prices or if you agree to pay overage that is fine. We can do custom items as well. If I decline your trade it doesn't mean I don't like or don't want your things, it means I just don't need those items at this time. I may tell you to contact me again in a few months. I do send tracking numbers with my trade items within the US, so you can be comfortable knowing you aren't getting taken advantage of from the trade.
