Hello!
My name is Julie and im the creator behind Glamour Damaged. This started out as a little venture in 2008, and quickly became my passion (Glamour Damaged has currently sold 3300+ items with 100% positive feedback) Im based out of the diverse, eclectic, and sunny California. I live here with my Husband Joe, my Daughter Journey Star and son Dylan Everett, my French Bulldog Fergie, and my fuzzy kitty Zoe. I create everything you see here with my own 2 hands. I create a vast amount of items, but they all have my unique cohesive brand and look. Glamour Damaged is all about originality, eclecticism, freedom of choice, and just being comfortable in your own skin. I love providing unique accessories that truly make you express who you are.
I recently added a baby line, Glamour Damaged Baby. My Daughter Journey was born in 2013, and she inspired me to create affordable cool/hip accessories. I am always adding new items to keep everything updated and fresh! You can find my baby line here- www.GlamourDamagedBaby.etsy.com

Returns and exchanges
If you do receive the package, and have decided to return it, a refund can be given ONLY if the item is returned and in my hands. I will accept a return within 1 week after your package has arrived.
I will refund your money, minus shipping, once I have the returned item IN MY HANDS. Please make sure to cover your tracks and get confirmation or proof of shipment, as you will not recieve a refund unless the items makes it back to me.
If you are unhappy with your item, PLEASE contact me before leaving feedback! I always aim to please my buyers
If you still wish to keep your item, though partially unsatisfied, I will do my best to work anything out and will do my best to resolve the problem and make you happy! :)
