Additional policies and FAQs
All purses/totes are double stitched at bottoms and stress points, and triple stitched at handles. Coffee bags are jute (a grass-type fiber), therefore, your bag needs to be handled as you would a fabric purse. Whenever possible, the country name is a part of the bag. I reinforce fabric and place same-material patches over any areas where there are signs of weakness in the fabric, adding to the bags' appeal and charm. Jute and wool benefit from a good steam iron, however, do not touch iron to webbing, belting, leathers or other adornment, and cover any heavily-inked areas with a press cloth to protect your iron.
