Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
PayPal is my method of payment, mainly because it's so darn easy. If you do not have an account with Paypal, you can still pay via credit card through their site. If payment is not received within 1 day of purchase, I will email you an invoice through Paypal. If payment is still not received, I will cancel the sale in 36 hours or sooner at my discretion, from the date of purchase.

Almost all of my items are one of a kind; lampwork beads are individually made and each gemstone is individually selected for each piece of jewelry, therefore I cannot afford to have my inventory taken out of stock, yet sitting for an extended period of time, unpaid for.
Shipping
I charge a flat fee of $2.50, no matter how many items you buy. If you have a preferred shipping method, please convo me.
Refunds and Exchanges
Not satisfied? Return to me for a full refund less shipping. Damaged items are repaired free of charge within one year of purchase. After that, general repair prices (time + materials) are in effect. Email me for details. If the fault is mine, I take full responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm happy to take custom orders but do require a 50% down payment (nonrefundable if you change your mind) and full payment when your order is done. I once ordered $500 worth of supplies for wedding jewelry, spent hours on design, only to have the people not buy it.
