Your satisfaction is very important to me, so I will strive to make every order right. If a personalized item is incorrectly engraved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personal message before sending your order. All items damaged in transit MUST be reported to me via etsy convo within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns and exchanges when applicable.

We ship to 48 US states however at this time I am not currently shipping outside of North America**. I use the following shipping carriers: UPS (includes $100 of insurance for no additional charge) and USPS Priority (2-3 days transit). I pack your purchase according to UPS shipping standards. Although it has not happened often, should you receive any item damaged, it is important that you save all packing materials as well as the damaged item for shipping carrier to inspect OR until you are notified that is okay to discard. Please notify me of any damaged items within 2 days of receiving order to allow for claim processing.

Coming soon! Site wide shipping to Canada. At this time shipping to Canada is not available store wide here in our etsy shop however, we DO ship to Canada on an individual basis. Shipping prices vary so please convo me if you would like a quote to ship your purchase to Canada. Please include the item, quantity, preferred delivery date or delivery deadline, and your complete shipping address. I will get back to you with a shipping price quote, once you approve the price, I will be happy to create a custom listing for you.

HOW TO ORDER: Simply add the listing of your choice with personalization options and information to your cart. During checkout you will see a box titled 'notes to seller'. This is where you can include any other comments regarding your order. After you have checked out you will receive a confirmation email when your order is received.
You may need a custom listing created for you if you need more or less glasses than what is shown in the listing or if you need any additional lettering.
If you still not sure, just message me your quantity and lettering and I will either direct you to the existing listing for you to purchase or create a custom listing for you.

Letterstyles: When browsing through my shop listings you will notice that I engrave a few different letterstyle with my stone wheel. You can view wheel cut lettering options at www.glassgirljen.blogspot.com (letterstyle tab at the top of page) . All wheel cut letterstyles are a block style due to the natural of working on a stone wheel. I will engrave your letters just as the sample photo shows in the listing that you purchase. If you prefer a different letterstyle other than what is shown in the listing sample photo that you are purchasing please include a note in the NOTES TO SELLER SECTION at checkout along with your engraving info and/or any other special requests.
*Script lettering is done with a diamond tip drill and is used for small lettering such as adding a date. Names can also be done in the script lettering however they will be much smaller than any of the block letters that you see in my photos. There is an additional charge for additional lettering.

Some items may require longer than normal turn around time due to product quantities and unique customizations requests however you will be notified by email if this applies to your order. I do offer an in house rush (shipped in 7 days or less) and can usually accommodate most rush order requests. Please note that a rush order fee will apply.

Packaging: Please rest assured that your items will be packaged with care. Wheel engraved glassware will be sparkling clean and includes a hang tag with a brief detail of the stone wheel engraving process. Each piece is then wrapped and packed in clean, new brown corrugated shipping boxes with tissue or packing paper, bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Please send me a convo if you would like and I will be happy to enclose a hand written note for a gift recipient.

Feedback: If you are a happy customer please let me know, I love positive feedback :) I do not believe that there should ever be a need for negative feedback, if something is not right for you please let me know so we can make it right. I do not leave negative feedback.

Just a quick note* My etsy customers are the best customers around, and always have great ideas and requests. I take photos of MOST orders I engrave before I ship them. From time to time I use these photos in my listings and/or advertising materials. Please flag your order with a note if you DO NOT want me to use a photograph of your ordered glassware. I realize that your orders are mostly gifts and I would not want to spoil any surprises!
