This is a beautiful little glass heart necklace, in plenty of time for gifting on Valentines and it will be MY Gift to me : ))) The artist did an amazing design here and it was received even earlier than I had expected. I have purchased little turtle necklaces and even turtle magnets from this artist at craft shows and have never been disappointed. He is a true artist, in both design and creating and follow through with wanting the customer to be pleased.

Not what I ordered, bate and switch, seller sends a message saying he sold my item at a weekend show, so he sends a picture of an inferior item and tells me I have 10 minutes to respond because he is in a hurry to go somewhere! He shrugs the responsibility like he can keep track of his business and acts as though it is no big deal, it's "a turtle" thing! Yeah so if that's the way you run a business and treat your customers it "won't be a turtle thing" hopefully it will be a wake up call for you to take ownership and responsibility!!!! These items are not worth your time and money. Their are nicer Murano items that are available for your consideration, a lot nicer.......
