Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been made, as the majority of products are made to order for the individual customer, and not mass produced..
Putting items on hold for a potential buyer will be considered on a case by case basis. In order to hold an item, a 10% - 20% down payment is required. (Exact amount depends upon the item.) The down payment will be credited toward the purchase of the item. If the buyer cancels an "on hold" status after a down payment has been made, the down payment is non-refundable. The maximum amount of time an item will be placed on hold is 5 business days.
