Because many of my items are used for lapidary purposes and quite often sold in other designs on Etsy, out of respect for the artists, I do not leave feedback first.

I am often asked about discounts.
The following is not intended to be rude, but is instead for those relentless customers who seem to refuse to take NO for an answer!
First off, I DON'T DO DISCOUNTS OF ANY TYPE. PLEASE DON'T ASK!
For my shop items, IN ORDER TO DO A DISCOUNT, I WOULD HAVE TO MARK MY PIECES UP, JUST SO THAT I COULD MARK THEM DOWN AT THE END!
THIS IS SIMPLY NOT HOW I DO BUSINESS!
I use a strait forward price that has been calculated by taking the amount of cost that I have in the item, and the amount of time it takes to create the item.
At the current time, I do not sell wholesale and I am unable to offer discounts.
Since I import directly from my international sources, I pay very high import fees, tariffs, taxes, air freight, fuel surcharges, delivery fees, custom bonding fees, container storage/station fees, inland freight fees, security fees, disbursement fees, entry fees, breakbulk airport service fees, DUTIES (which are significant) courier fees, merchandise processing fees, entry fees…. and the list goes on and on…
ALL OF THIS IS BEFORE WE EVEN ADD IN THE COST OF THE STONES!
(stones are very heavy and expensive to ship)
I base my prices to only make a dollar or two on them already, and this goes directly in to a fund for my daughter’s college.
At the current time I am unable to offer discounts on orders valued at under $1000.00 USD, and even then, it may only be that I can offer free shipping.

Returns and exchanges
You may return the item for a full refund, provided that the item is in the mint condition just it was when it was shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE IN ANY WAY MODIFIED THE PIECE OR PIECES, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with this transaction.
You are required to contact us via email within three days of postmarked receipt of the item.
Item must be post marked shipped back within ten days from receipt by customer.
ALL USA PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH TRACKING; THEREFORE RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK VIA THE SAME METHOD THAT THEY WERE SHIPPED TO YOU.
TRACKING MUST BE INCLUDED TO RECEIVE REFUND!
Please do not ship packages back using postal stamps. Paypal requires that you have tracking to honor a refund. I expect the same.
Should a problem arise, please just drop me an email convo. through the Etsy system. I realize that there may be circumstances that are beyond our control, (weather, hospitalization, etc.) I am MORE than easy to work with. Unfortunately it has been my experience that I must post these policies to protect against the MINORITY FEW, not the majority of buyers.
If you are unhappy with the craftsmanship of your piece, please just drop me an email convo. I am sure we can work something out to both of our satisfaction. :)
Payment
For other methods, please contact me via email prior to purchase.
I prefer not to take money orders due to my inability to get to the bank due to a permanent foot injury that causes severe pain upon standing for long period of times. I do sometimes however, make exceptions for larger purchases.
IMMEDIATE payment is required at the time of purchase.
The immediate payment policy is only here to protect me from those few buyers who purchase and then never come back to pay and never bother to communicate their needs to me. These issues can be most problematic during holiday seasons with the influx of brand new buyers.
I have no way of knowing a customer’s intentions if they do not communicate them to me. :)
(Items not paid for will be restocked, and the sale will be cancelled).
If you need to make arrangements for a longer period of time to pay, please contact me. I am very easy to work with. Just please communicate your needs, and I will do my best to work with you.
RESERVING ITEMS:
I am always happy to reserve items upon request for any customer with a previous buying history with my shop, or a significant buying history on Etsy.

Texas residents pay sales tax of 8.375%.

Special note:
Our local postal hub has closed down.
Since I have a permanent serious injury to my right foot, I am unable to stand in lines for long periods of time. Due to this, I have currently had to suspend international shipping until I am able to find another location where I can ship from that does not have long lines.
I absolutely love my international customers, and I am truly sorry for this.
I will update this area just as soon as I find a new location. Thanks so much for your understanding.

ALCHEMY:
I am currently not committing to doing custom orders, custom drilling, or other custom services. I am physically unable to stand for long periods of time, and I am simply unable to commit to any time table for work. Some days are good, most are bad.
If you wish to have something special done, feel free to send me a covo. and I will see what, and if, I can do it.
Please do not purchase items and expect that after the purchase I will be able to do custom services without having talked to me and gotten the ok FIRST.
