Glimmerwood stemmed from the love of making things. Ever since I could remember I've been creating things. In Elementary School is was drawing on things and asking my mom to help me with costumes. In Middle School in continued with buying clothes and altering them. In High School I started making costumes for friends and myself. Once I started working, I'd always go home and make things. It wasn't until recently that I realized that this was a talent that would become a career.
I'm very much inspired by fantasy stories. I like to imagine that there is magic everywhere- without it, I couldn't be doing what I'm doing. Thank you for coming to my little corner of the internet and seeing what I have to do!

Checks may be made out to "Glimmerwood" or "Cassie Wanda" and must clear before items ship.
Cancellation: I do not accept cancellations on ready to ship items as they ship rather quickly. When a payment plan is set up a cancellation by the client will result in forfeit of any payments made and the item may be sold to recoup costs.
Generally, all accessory items will be packaged securely and shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority (unless otherwise requested or stated).Wigs are also packaged with the utmost care. Shipping & handling charges may include the following: shipping material, Etsy Fees, PayPal fees, shipping insurance, tracking, and postage cost.

I ship out to the address on your Etsy invoice. If you would like me to ship to a different address (such as the address on your PayPal account) send me a message WITH your order containing the appropriate information at the time of purchase.
All orders $50 and more are shipped with insurance. In addition, all US orders over $150 will require a signature confirmation, no exceptions to this, sorry!
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duty charges, or taxes incurred on your order. In accordance with US laws, we will not falsify claimed values under any circumstances.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy for jewelry and circlets for 5 business days after USPS delivers your purchase. Please contact us for information on returning the item. The customer is responsible for return postage and will be refunded after the item is received in like-new condition.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or breaks soon after arriving: Please notify us within 10 business days of the item arriving if you need to return it, we also kindly request that you send photos so we can learn how to avoid the issue in the future. A refund of exchange will be offered. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Return instructions will be given as needed.
Any and all items purchased as a part of a "Clearance Sale" or "Flash Sale" are sold AS IS and will not be refunded or exchanged.
We are legally unable to accept refunds or exchanges on wigs due to sanitary concerns. You will receive photos of your wig when it is completed, and you have 3 business days to let us know of any changes you would like to have made. If you are unclear about any part of the wig construction/look, please let us know so that we may send you more photos. Once you are satisfied and approve the wig, the sale will be final. Because of this careful policy, we must stress that no returns, refunds, or exchanges are possible on wigs.
Additional policies and FAQs
- If you purchased something up to 7 days prior to a sale, I will refund you the difference IF you message me while the coupon is still valid. Once expired, coupons are no longer valid on past or current purchases.
- Black Friday Policy: Unfortunately, due to the high discounts offered Black Friday, they will only be offered that day, and not on any previous purchases.
- We are not currently accepting payment plans on orders totaling less than $500. If you are interested, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
