Glints Designs Handmade Gifts Silver Jewellery soaps Candles!

Hi welcome to Glints Hand crafted Jewellery designs and spa gifts.

I have always loved to create and design things, always sewing and trying new crafts. I now I use my time to make and design jewellery pieces, soya candles, jewellery boxes and now have a new range of homemade soaps bath bombs and bath salts these free of parabens & chemicals.
I have been beading and designing Jewellery for the last 10 years. I now have learn't to work with silver, copper and gold which gives me much more scope with my designs making them more individual. I also like to use natural gem stones for their healing properties.

The Ethos of my shop is to produce natural products which enhance our lives and work together with nature. I have studied Reiki and Crystal healing which I incorporate into my pieces. So choosing gemstones carefully and charging with positive energy so anyone wearing them will benefit from their healing energies

The past few years I have been selling at craft fairs and fund raising events. All my pieces are hand crafted using silver and semi precious stones healing,crystals and glass beads. Lots of care goes into my pieces.

Pieces can be made to order if required. Please message with any requirements, Very happy to help. I am slowly building my shop with a variety of designs.

Returns and exchange details
I hope you'll be happy with your purchase but I appreciate that sometimes it can be difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase you decide that it isn't suitable please contact me within 48 hours to discuss. I will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange upon receipt of the returned item, BUT please contact me first for instructions on customs form requirements.

I'm sorry but I cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

You must ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me. Items must be returned unworn /used and in in the original gift box.

Payment is to be made at the time of purchase by Etsy

If you'd like an item reserved,I will reserve it for 7 days -before listing it again.
~When will my item be despatched?~
I always aim to get your purchase sent out as quickly as possible.I post every morning Monday -Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will go out on Mondays.

~Can I check the shipped date?~
Yes you can by simply logging onto your Etsy and clicking on 'Your Purchases'. If your item is marked as 'shipped' you can check the date by clicking on the invoice.

When can I expect my item to arrive?
The ESTIMATED delivery times are:
• UK.- First Class post 2 - 3 business days.
• Rest of the world - standard airmail 6 - 14 business days.

The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days.

Can I get tracking on my item?
The standard shipping charge does not include tracking but you can upgrade to Priority Mail if you would like this service - please contact me to arrange this. ~I haven't received my item - what should I do?
Worldwide shipping from the UK is normally quick and reliable.

Very occasionally a package may take longer than expected and you should allow up to 25 business days. If your package hasn't arrived by then please get in touch and I will send out a replacement.

Unpredicted events can affect shipping times eg: severe weather conditions, increased security measures etc.

Please be aware of possible delivery times as I can't replace before the 25 days have passed.
