Thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies page. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns, I'll get back to you as soon as possible!

All my items are handmade in my own little home studio in Vienna, Austria. Should any of the English in my shop seem "creative" to you it's because it's not my first language - and I'm happy if you help me learn, so if you spot any mistakes, please feel free to let me know!
Returns and exchanges
Please contact me if there is an issue with your order, I want you to be very happy and completely satisfied with your purchase.

Should you need to cancel an open order, please convo me asap and let me know.

Please note that I do not offer refunds for shipping errors (ie. products getting lost or damaged in the mail), if you want me to send via EMS or with insurance, please convo me for an estimate on the costs.
Payment
Paypal is the recommended form of payment. Payment is due at time of purchase and Etsy will prompt you from the shopping cart and over to Paypal. If you run into any problems, let me know and I'll try and guide you through it.
Shipping
Items in stock will be shipped within two business days after payment is recieved. Custom made items will ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment is recieved.

I offer International Standard Shipping by the Austrian postal service "Die Post" - more info coming soon!

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

I would be happy to make a custom order for you and put up a reserved listing - please convo me for details or use the link for requesting custom orders provided on the shop page.

If a product is made to order, I'll ship it within 3 to 5 days. Please bear in mind that all pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical - which is actually great! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos (due to dye lots, etc). One of a kind items are clearly marked as such and cannot be recreated - so you'll be sure you have a true original!

Each item will be carefully wrapped and packaged safely and with care. Should you require gift wrapping, just let me know, no extra charge.

All items come from a non-smoking home with no pets. Should you have any allergies or special needs, please convo me and let me know.
