Materials costs differ based on what glitter I use. Biodegradable glitter, holographic glitter etc. is often significantly more expensive, so the sale price is based on my material make cost which is why sometimes earrings of the same design but in different colours may be priced differently.

My stud earrings use stainless steel posts and butterfly backs, secured to the earring using fully cured UV resin. These materials are safe for most, but some people with sensitivities to stainless steel may be better off choosing a supplier who offers Titanium earring posts and backs.

My dangle earrings are hung on 925 Sterling Silver. This is generally considered to be hypoallergenic but again, for those with extreme sensitivities, Titanium may be a better option.

Sorry, but I'm unable to provide a Titanium alternative at this time as I am unable to find a cost-effective supplier.

Titanium is an excellent choice for anyone with sensitive skin, but unfortunately, due to sourcing problems and wanting to keep my earrings as affordable as possible, I am unable to provide a Titanium alternative to my usual Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver.

Both the stainless steel and sterling silver that I use in my earrings are considered hypoallergenic and are suitable for most.

I made prototypes using the materials I commonly use and wore them myself for many months before I started to sell my earrings.

I also gifted friends and family earrings to allow for different sensitivities.

Fully cured resin is completely safe and non-toxic to the wearer.

Fully cured UV resin is used to secure posts to the backs of studs and whilst I've noted no adverse reactions and have not received any reports of such, if you do show signs of an allergic reaction (itching, soreness, redness) remove the earrings immediately and seek medical advice.

I started off using Craft Resin http://craftresin.refr.cc/robshawbryan so some of my older earring designs will be made using this.

In August 2022 I switched to Vista Resin https://www.vistaresin.com/ and now use that exclusively in all of my makes.
