Custom and personalized orders
All orders can be personalized from sayings, numbers, size all the way to color. Just Send me a message to design your custom order.
When will my item arrive in the mail?
orders are taking approx 2-9 business days to arrive within Canada and and 4-8 days to arrive within the USA. Once your order is mailed, delays are out of my control
Once it's dropped off at the post office it is out of my control. All Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post and US orders directly with the USPS
Do orders come with tracking numbers?
All US orders come fully tracked with a USPS tracking#
Canadian shipments are fully tracked and come with a tracking#
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the cake cupcake/cake toppers being placed on food items, they are not returnable or exchangeable, Along with personalized items.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about a return or exchange. I truly want you to be happy with your order.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns/ exchanges to my Canadian address
Returned packages must be returned in original packaging, un opened and returned at buyers expense. Refunds do not include the shipping amount of your order.

At this time all mail delivery companies are experiencing heavy delays with processing/delivery of mail and they are not guranteeing delivery dates.
I try my best to get your orders in the mail ASAP, but once they are mailed they are out of my control.
I would highly suggest ordering at least 4 weeks prior to any event.
