Each of our sparkle items are handmade to order with love, and we are currently on a 1-2 week turnaround before shipping (except Ready to Ship items/ring dishes/tote bags).

If you love one of our designs but would like it on a different style cup/bottle, please visit the In-Shop Design section available in the dropdown menu. There you can choose your style cup/bottle and specify the design you'd like in the checkout box.

Hi!
I'm Melissa - owner/creator/designer/& crafter here at Glitter Sips! I am a military spouse & mother of two adorable kids! I'm an elementary teacher, but now choosing to be a stay at home mama to my two crazy littles!

While staying home, I still wanted to provide a little extra for my family and fulfill my creative outlet. I began making glittered glasses for friends, and encouraged to begin selling them! I'm a mama during the day, and a sparkle cup boss at night. Yes, I do about the majority of my work when they go to bed! That's why many time you'll receive replies to messages at the wee hours of the morning. :)

I love making personalized items for you and loved ones! I hope I can create something fun and special for you or a friend, family member, or even co-worker!

How to Care for Your Glitter Cups

Each glass/cup/bottle is carefully handmade. The glitter is completely sealed (twice!) and no shedding will occur. :)

Each item comes with a care card instructing you to gently hand wash your cup with love. Use a soft sponge, regular dish soap, and gently pat dry or air dry. They cannot go through the dishwasher or in the microwave. :)

The vinyl used is high grade outdoor permanent vinyl, the same kind they use for car decals. It is not just simply a sticker. It will withstand your daily use and washing when properly cared for. Please do not pick at the vinyl or scratch it off or it can damage and begin to come up. Gently pat, not scrub, when washing.

Can You Use Logos?

If you are a business owner and would like your business logo used, you can send it to me and I can determine if I am able to reproduce it or not for you. If you are requesting a character or logo from a movie/TV show/ etc (i.e. Disney characters, cartoon characters, etc.) the short answer is "no" due to copyright infringement laws. Many other shops may choose to replicate them, and I do have the ability to, but ethically I choose not to. Thank you for understanding!

When Will My Order Ship?

My current turn around time is 1-2 weeks before shipment. Please understand these items are carefully handmade and include many, many steps to make. We work hard every day to get orders out and have yet to miss a shipping deadline. Please check the associated shipping time by clicking "Shipping and Policies" in the tab of each of my listings. If you need something sooner, I have Rush My Order! listings available for an additional fee.

Can I See a Draft/Proof of My Custom Design?

For custom orders, I can send you a mock draft with a few font choices to choose from and overall design approval. This is done by request only.

Please note that sending a draft and waiting for your approval can add extra time to the process of making and getting your order completed by up to a few days.

S&H Questions

In the contiguous U.S., I send all items via USPS, which typically takes 2-5 business days. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, delivery times are out of our control. You may experience delays due to holidays, weather, etc. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped & you can track your package accordingly. I cannot guarantee a delivery date, only a ship by date.

All international items are sent USPS First Class. Shipping time is not guaranteed, as items can often be held in customs, which is out of my control. Please allow up to one month for international orders to ship and any customs and duty taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt.

Shipping Continued

Due to Etsy protection policies, I will not ship to any other address other than the one you provide during checkout. Please make sure your address is contact before submitting payment.

If you are shipping this as a gift directly to the recipient, let me know & I can include a personalized note inside for you! :)

Damaged Items

Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A new item will not be sent or refund given until 1. A photo is received of the broken item or 2. The original item is sent back to seller (I would accept a tracking number as proof of a shipment back to me).

Additional FAQ

Your satisfaction is VERY important to me, so I will strive to make every order right! If a personalized item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the case of an order being sent to the wrong address, because of incorrect information given by the buyer, the order will be reshipped once it's returned to the seller. Reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer. If the address was entered incorrectly because of a mistake on the sellers part, a new item will be sent at no extra charge.
