Welcome to my Etsy store.

My name is Sarah Rockel.
I have been a professional fine artist since 2006 when I graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Fine Art and minor in Art History.

I work with the mediums of oil paint, powdered graphite, pencil, charcoal, and chalk pastel, and sell both original works and archival quality Giclée prints of my works.

Still life realism, portraiture of pets, wildlife and people as well as some abstracts are my main focus.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If items arrived damaged please let me know so I can fix the problem immediately.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping if they wish to return an order to me for any reason.

I do not accept returns on personalized or commissioned works.
Payment
I accept PayPal for all purchases. Payment must be made before shipment.
Shipping
I ship my prints carefully sealed inside an archival quality, acid and lignin-free cellophane bag, with stiff cardstock made for supporting prints covering the front and back. I then place it in a protective rigid mailer envelope so they are well protected and do not bend in the mail.

Original works of art can be shipped on or off the stretcher, depending on your preference and budget.

I ship to Canada and the USA only at this time but message me if you are interested in international shipping.
