What if I need to change/cancel my order?

If you change your mind please contact us to change/cancel your order as soon as is possible, this will enable us to swiftly make the necessary changes to your order to avoid delay.

Customers have up to 14 days to change their mind on any and all orders, if you decide that you no longer want the item(s) you've ordered, simply contact us within this time frame to arrange cancellation of your order.

As per our Etsy policies, please be aware that only the original order cost will be refunded should you wish to cancel your order, return postage will unfortunately not be added to your refund.

How will my order be shipped?

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, first class standard post, unless otherwise stated in the listing. These usually take 1-2 working days to arrive once dispatched. Upgrades are available should you wish to have your order sent via a tracked method.

Worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail, airmail standard post, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please see our Etsy policies for estimated shipping times for your country. Upgrades are available should you wish to have your order sent via a tracked method.

We gladly combine shipping, this has been automatically added to all of our listings.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a dispatch email with an estimated time for delivery on your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At present we unfortunately do not offer gift wrapping services with our items. We do however pack some items such as jewellery in boxes or tissue paper as standard whenever possible - these are perfect for gift giving. We'll even use vintage gift boxes when we can, making for a truly unique item.

With the remainder of our stock - i.e homewares, accessories, etc.. these items are packed with the utmost care, as we always do with all of our orders whether they are ordered as a gift or not.

All items sent as gifts include an unitemised invoice, which can include a personalized message - simply type the text that you'd like to include within the order in the box during checkout.

International Buyers Duties and Fees

Please note that listing prices do not include VAT (I am not a VAT registered seller) or any other import taxes, duties or fees. The buyer is responsible for any fees levied by your country and related to the import of goods. Please contact the customs office within your country for specific information.

Post price increases March 2020

Due to the Royal Mail postal price increases coming into force on 23/03 our post prices will unfortunately be increasing.

For some orders this may only be a slight increase in cost compared to current prices. Items with free shipping for UK customers will not be affected by this increase - however, shipping upgrades for recorded post will unfortunately increase a little.

Temporary changes to dispatch times

With the current climate we are presently dispatching orders twice a week as a temporary measure. Most orders are now dispatched within 1-3 working days, however most orders will likely take up to 3 working days to be dispatched.

There are mostly likely due to be delays to orders once dispatched, especially for customers outside of the UK.

At present we are only dispatching to a few select countries due to postal restrictions, this list may change in the upcoming days/weeks.

We are monitoring any changes with Royal Mail daily, as and when these occur we will update our shipping processes accordingly. If for any reason we are no longer able to dispatch your order due to any of these changes, we will be in touch with you.
