What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged product?

I am sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! Please send me a message as soon as possible within five days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. I will find the most suitable solution for you.

What is the return and refund policy?

- I will assist you with returns if there is a problem with a manufacturing defect.
- If your item has a problem from production, please DO NOT wash it, then take a photo of the damage/fault, and contact me within 24 hours for a solution!
- Replacements or refunds are only offered to customers who received the wrong, faulty or damaged items. If any of these apply, please send me a message with photos of the wrong/damaged items and I will sort it out for you.
- The time frame for replacement is 7 days from the date of delivery.

What does "Made To Order" mean?

All my products are printed on demand. This means that they are only printed when you order them. Once you place an order, your product will be sent to production, printed, and then delivered directly to your door :)
