Really nice shampoo. It helped to relieve the burning feeling that the store bought shampoo was leaving on my scalp. I also doesn't leave a strong smell in my hair. Nice customer service and fast shipping. Thanks so much this is something that I will purchase again.

After going gluten free for health reasons several years ago, I eventually took it a step beyond what I put in my body and looked at what I put on my body. I started scrutinizing ingredients labels and realized that there was so much more than gluten to be concerned about in those products. Armed with the knowledge of the toxic and carcinogenic compounds found in many of the products I had been using, I went in search of a healthier and gluten free alternative. I had difficulties locating what I was looking for and decided that the way to solve this dilemma was to create greener, healthier, gluten free, and trustworthy handcrafted soap & skincare products for myself and my family to use. I currently accept payment by Paypal, credit card, and Etsy gift cards.
We have done our best to estimate the shipping fees for your item. If the shipping amount quoted for an item is more than the actual cost of shipping (in excess of $2.00 difference) we will reimburse the overage to the purchaser (minus shipping material expenses, Paypal or credit card service fees). Any applicable shipping overages will be refunded within 30 days of shipment.


Please be sure to check and confirm your shipping address during the check out process. We rely on this information to ensure that your package gets to you and will not be responsible should your package be misdirected due to errors in your stated shipping address.


I will normally send your item within 3 - 5 business days (unless otherwise stated in the listing) of receipt of payment. Public holidays (Canadian) may cause minor delays. If you need your item urgently do let me know and I will do my best to expediate the process. Arrangements for expedited parcel or priority post can be made at the purchasers request. However, this will incur additional shipping fees for the purchaser.


Packages will normally be sent via regular Canada Post Ground Mail and DO NOT automatically have a tracking number. If your package is delayed I will not be able to track it for you. If you would like your package to be sent with a tracking number, please let me know before you purchase as I may have to adjust the shipping price for you.


Your package will not be considered delayed until 20 business days from the date it was sent. In the event of non-delivery please let me know BEFORE leaving negative feedback or opening a case against me.I will always try to help in any situation. I cannot know there is a problem unless you inform me. My small business depends on customer satisfaction so it is vital to me that you are happy!


If your item is returned to me because it was unable to be delivered I will contact you and offer you the option to have the item resent or to refund your money minus shipping costs. If the non-delivery was due to a wrong or insufficient address then I will ask you to send the additional shipping fees to me before I resend your purchase. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate to avoid these additional fees and delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want everyone to be happy with their purchase. I try my best at all times to describe each item in my shop with the utmost attention to detail and make a point of accurately representing items from different angles with multiple photos. I encourage you to read the description carefully. If for some reason you are not happy please contact me as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the product I am not able to accept exchanges but I am sure we can work out a suitable arrangement.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on most items. However, if you have any concerns about your received order, please do contact us to discuss it. If you would like to cancel your order, as long as it is not a custom order and as long as it has not been packaged and shipped, this may be a possibility. Please message us to inquire if you have any questions regarding order returns or cancellations.

Custom and personalized orders

Looking for soap in a particular scent but don't see it offered in our shop. Please do contact us and we'll see what we can do for you. Please note that we do not use fragrance oils and only use essential oils to scent our products which is often a more subtle scent than that of synthetic fragrance oils.
