My first poor experience with an Etsy seller. Nasty attitude. I offered to pay whatever extra I had to to get product here by a certain date. Seller felt that there was no need for this and then proceeded to also take her time mailing it out per the tracking info from USPS. Product is cute and seemingly well-made but would not use this seller again. Did not appreciate the condescending tone when I pointed out that product was not yet mailed. Clearly I am the only person who has had a bad experience with the seller so perhaps a lesson pertaining to on-time shipping for customer satisfaction and email tone is all she is lacking. When a customer realizes they want something within a certain time-frame and they are willing to pay extra upfront for the shipping...there's no reason to deny that offer and then mail out late also.
