Hello everyone! I would like to make an important announcement: due to the complexities of international customs fees/taxes and the more frequent delays for international orders, I am no longer accepting international orders automatically through Etsy. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

However! This doesn't mean you can't make purchases! If you are living outside of the United States and Canada and would like to make an order, please send me a message and I will make you a custom listing.

• What is Made-to-Order?
Due to time constraints and my busy schedule, most of my merchandise has been relisted as made-to-order items! This means that I no longer create inventory ahead of time and items are made after purchase.

Please note that because MTO items are not made ahead of time, there will be a 1-2 week production period for orders! If you need your order in a hurry, please don't hesitate to send me a note, and will do my best to help you!

Because MTO items are not made ahead of time, they are also customizable! If you'd like a certain size, color change/variation, etc. don't hesitate to ask! ^_^

Hello! My name is Jeannie, a creative professional with too many hobbies. The results of said hobbies are generally listed here for others to enjoy. :P
I normally sell my creations at conventions, but usually have inventory available year-round.

Payment
[ PAYMENT OPTIONS ] ------------------------------

PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout - no exceptions.

If payment is not received within 3 days of your purchase and I can't get in contact with you, I will cancel the transaction. Payment needs to be received in full before I mail out any items. Please feel free to contact me if you have any issues.
Shipping
[ SHIPPING] ------------------------------

All purchases are mailed out within 2-3 weeks of your purchase. Typically, I will fill orders over the weekend and aim to ship on the following Monday.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class (3-5 business days) for both domestic and international orders by default unless requested otherwise. All orders come with a tracking number, which is generated when I create the shipping label. Etsy should email you with notification stating that your order has been shipped, which should include the tracking number.


[ SHIPPING SPEED ] ------------------------------

If you would like to upgrade from USPS First Class to another shipping service, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout, or you can also contact me and I can make a custom listing for you. Additional shipping fees will be the buyer's responsibility.


[ LOST/MISSING ORDERS ] ------------------------------

If your package gets lost during transit, I would strongly urge you to wait at least 1 week past the estimated delivery date. Sometimes packages are held at post office distribution offices randomly or delayed for various reasons, but 99% of delayed packages have been delivered, based on my experience!

If you still do not receive your package at this time, please contact me and I'm happy to either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact me before leaving negative feedback!

If your package ends up missing after delivery (as indicated by the USPS), please check around your home or with your neighbors. Ideally, I would encourage you to also speak with your local post office to get more information. If you still cannot track your package after these efforts, please contact me directly.

If you still cannot find your order, I am happy to issue a refund as well, but shipping costs will not be refunded.


[ SHIPPING ADDRESSES ] ------------------------------

Please double-check your mailing address for errors. Items that are sent to a wrong address due to errors on the buyers' part will not be reimbursed or replaced.

If your order arrives damaged in the mail, please take a photo of it (for verification) and I am more than happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund.


[ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOM FEES + VAT/GST ] -----------------------------

PLEASE NOTE that even though Etsy states that VAT/GST is included in my items, that they are actually NOT included. With this said, please be aware that the BUYER is responsible for any and all import charges, custom fees, and taxes incurred on their purchases, in keeping with the laws of their own country. We are not registered to collect any taxes or fees outside of the US (including VAT for the EU). It is illegal for us to collect any sort of tax for your country of residence.

If you receive a notice from your local courier stating that your package has been held unless other additional fees are paid, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these additional charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for ANY reason, PLEASE contact me first before leaving neutral or negative feedback - I'm very flexible and am confident we can work out a good solution. The only reason why I sell any of my crafts online is so that others can enjoy them, so if you're not happy, I'm not happy either. Let's both be happy ^_^ And if I can't solve the issue, I will give you a 100% full refund, no problem.

Please allow at least 24 hours for me to get back to you - I check my email daily, but sometimes there are circumstances and I can't get to your inquiry right away.


[ DAMAGES & LOSSES ] --------------------------

If your order arrives damaged in the mail, please send me a photo for verification, and I am more than happy to send you a free replacement or refund the entire order.

Items that are otherwise lost, stolen, or damaged due to the passage of time or from accidents directly caused by the buyer, will not be replaced.

[ QUALITY CONTROL ] ------------------------------------------
Quality is very important to me! However, because everything is hand-made, please note that no two items will look exactly alike, even earring pairs. The photo(s) in each listing may not portray the actual item you are purchasing, since they may be photographs of a different batch. If you would like to see actual photos of the particular piece(s) you are purchasing, I am happy to provide them upon request.

Any hand-made items may have imperfections, such as blemishes or dust; though I do sand off as many blemishes as possible, I may not get them all. (Thanks for your understanding!)

Please also note that, while I make every effort to make strong, long-lasting products, sometimes hand-made goods will simply not be as strong as commercially made merchandise. Charms with thinner pieces should be handled with care, as they are more prone to breakage. Do no


[ MAINTENANCE + CARE] ------------------------------------------
Polymer clay is a durable, plastic-based material that remains malleable until baked. I make every effort to produce strong, long-lasting products, but like all objects, time and general wear-and-tear will naturally occur. Polymer clay is also not like glass or commercial plastic, and should not be treated as such.

• stuffing charms inside pockets or skinny jeans, where the charm will be constantly rubbing against denim, will cause the varnish coating to degrade faster.

• the varnish coating on all charms and jewelry are somewhat water-resistant, but should not be completely submerged or left wet for any more than a few minutes.

• please do not leave polymer clay charms or jewelry in extremely hot temperatures. Burned polymer clay can produce toxic fumes that should not be inhaled.

• scratching your fingernails or any other harder objects against charms or jewelry will also result in irreparable scratches, chipping, or cracking in polymer clay, so please be careful.

• while polymer clay is relatively durable, constantly dropping or slamming clay pieces on the floor or against other hard objects may result in cracks or breakage.


[INVENTORY + TURNAROUND TIME] ------------------------------------------
Inventory is the number of a certain product I have available. All items listed for sale are already made and ready to ship. If you see anything in the "sold" section that you'd like to purchase, please contact me - if time permits, I may be able to refill inventory as a custom order for you.


[ CUSTOM ORDERS / COMMISSIONS ] ------------------------------------------
While I keep my alchemy/custom item avenues open, I would like to reiterate that due to time constraints and my busy schedule, I may or may not be able to take your custom order. Please don't request a custom item unless you're willing to wait 3-4 weeks for completion. I apologize for the inconvenience.

All custom orders are different and may take longer to make than typical pieces I have in my store.


[ SAFETY ] ------------------------------------------
I feel I should mention this just in case, but most of my items are small, and not intended for young children who can't distinguish what they are, particularly for miniature food items that may look edible to either children or pets.

Polymer clay is not toxic, but should never be ingested. Please be careful to not place any polymer clay items in areas where they can burn, as it can produce toxic fumes.

My jewelry items may potentially contain sharp/pointy objects, so please be careful when handling them. Don't miss your earlobe and poke yourself in the eye! (just kidding.)

All jewelry pieces (such as earring hooks, jumprings, etc.) are put together by hand - no soldering of any type is involved. Pulling with great force on earrings or charm lariats may result in the pieces breaking apart (however, these are simple things that you can fix yourself, as long as you have all of the pieces + pliers.)
