Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I take great pride in my work. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

Payment

Immediate payment is expected at checkout. I accept payment by PayPal only. I will ship your item only after full payment has been received.
Any items left unpaid for more than 48 hours will automaticaly be cancelled.

Shipping

Items are typically shipped within 10 business days of receiving payment.
Please note I am shipping from Canada. Shipping to the States typically take 10 to 14 business days and shipping to any other country takes 3 to 8 weeks. If you'd like your items to be shipped faster please contact me and I will create and invoice just for you.
