Returns and exchanges
I will exchange or refund an item. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Should a refund be requested it will be issued after the item is sent back.
I will also replace broken or damaged items. Please message me with a picture of the items if this should happen.
Refunds for custom orders will be on a case by case basis. If I can resell the item and it is not personalized it shouldn't be an issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I ship Internationally via USPS First shipping, Parcel Post. My fees for international shipping are an estimate. If there is an overage of more than a dollar, I will refund the difference.
Please be aware of customs duty charges and related fees associated with you country. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover these fees or any extra that may occur. If you are unsure whether an item you purchase from the US will be charged customs or other fees, please contact your post office. If you refuse a package because of duty fees that may be associated with it, or for any other reason, you are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs for the order. You can contact your customs office for information about additional fees that pertain to your country should you have any questions.
