Shop policies
NEW to the shop!
Tea towels, and cloth napkins are made by my sewing machine Ethel, an iron, threads, and my two hands. Tea towels and cloth napkins fabrics are designed by me and printed in North Carolina at Spoonflower.
The stuffed toys are meant to be enjoyed by anyone who loves food. The toys are recommended 6 yrs and up (or specified). Any of them can be choking hazards so please supervise children (and adults who need it)! Please use common sense. The felt foods are not plastic and they will not live forever. I try my best to sew on small parts well, but if you fling or pull them, you can stretch and eventually break them. Again, please be advised that not all products are for children.
I use my sewing machine name Ethel and my two hands to sew up my work. I try my best to sew with care as if I were giving them all to my children and family. The process is very slow but when I get an item done, it is all worth it every time.
The pillows are made from wool, fleece, and cotton fabrics (which I didn't design). These pillows are made by my sewing machines Ethel and Ruby, and my two hands.
I hope my work will bring you happiness!
Thank you!

It is also true that the arrival of your package ranges anywhere from a week to 2 months. If we think that the package is lost, we will resolve the situation case by case.
The policy I like to stick to is that I cannot be responsible for items that have left my studio (which are in the postal system). In another words, if the parcel is lost, it is beyond my control. If the parcel has a tracking number, I will try my best to track it down by contacting the postal system. However, usually, it is a messy thing. So losses and damages will be dealt situation by situation
