Lani went the extra mile by taking another picture of this ring on her hand for me so I could get a better idea how it would look on my hand. The ring arrived promptly and well-packaged. It's even prettier than I had hoped. I've been enjoying wearing this lovely ring!

I accept Paypal and Visa/Mastercard and debit cards. In some cases I may accept Check or Money Order (but you must message me first).
If you would prefer to pay via Visa/Mastercard or debit card (not through Paypal), please call me at (828) 237-1770 Tues-Sat 10am-5:00pm or email me directly at lanishiddentreasures [!at] and I can process your payment via my merchant terminal in my physical shop.

I offer layaway. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the item for layaway. You may make payments via Paypal to goldandgemsllc [!at] After the first 20% down, you can make as many payments as you'd like, in whatever amount you'd like, if the item is priced under $500. For items priced over $500, a minimum of at least 10% of the listing price must be paid each month. Of course more may be paid if your budget allows. For layaway items over $500, a late fee of $15 will apply if your monthy payment is not received by the last day of the calendar month. Any late fees will be added to the total balance of the item. Items priced under $300 must be paid in full no later than 60 days from the date of the first layaway deposit. Items/totals over $300 must be paid in full no later than 90 days from the date of the first layaway deposit (unless prior arrangements have been made with me). If the full amount of the item is not received by the agreed date on the 3rd month (2nd month for items under $150), a $2/day fee will apply for every day that there is a remaining balance. If the total amount is still not received within 60 days following the agreed date on the 2 or 3 month term (a total of 4-5 months from your first deposit payment), the item will be relisted and all monies paid would be forfeited and would not be credited towards any other purchase. Resizing requests will not be completed until the item is paid in full. Layaway items will ship when the total amount is paid in full. *Layaway cancellations will forfeit the 20% deposit paid. If cancellations are made after making a few or several payments, the deposit would be forfeited, but the payments made after the initial deposit can be used as credit for another item (it would not be refundable as cash). Any account credits will expire after 12 months. -Forfeited money due to non payment beyond the agreed terms is non refundable nor can it be applied towards another purchase.
-Promotional offers/discounts are not applicable towards layaway plans.
In USA, I ship via USPS First Class Mail insured with delivery confirmation. If an item is over $250, I add signature confirmation, no exceptions.
International packages are shipped USPS Priority Express International (3-5 business days, not including any customs delays) since only Express offers insurance options, hence why the international shipping fees are much higher. Gold & Gems IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays in international shipping. Please review your country's international customs/shipping policies prior to purchase, especially if there is a deadline by which you must receive your item. No returns will be accepted for shipping delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns unless an item is grossly misrepresented. No exceptions. Please make sure you read the description, sizes and measurements carefully, as I DO NOT accept returns for any reason other than a blatant error on my part in the description. ie, the description says it's gold but it is silver, or description says a stone is 10mm but it's actually 6mm, etc. I do not accept returns for buyers remorse or discrepancies in value. All item descriptions and measurements are described so you can make an educated decision on your purchase. I strongly suggest you do your research on any item prior to purchasing.

Items lost or damaged en route, is not the responsibility of Gold & Gems for repayment or replacement as all items are insured and handled by USPS. If an item is lost or damaged en-route, please contact me and I can file an insurance claim with the Post Office. In damage cases, you will be required to ship the item back to Gold & Gems prior to refund. You will be refunded once the claim is processed and USPS compensates for damages. If a store credit was used for the purchase, the refund will be in the form of another store credit. Refunds can take up to 30 days.

NO refunds on layaway deposits. No exceptions.
