Gold Dust is a craft studio featuring sassy, sweet, and sustainable designs by Voula O. Current offerings include greeting cards and prints, created with a unique mix of techniques including pressed flowers & botanicals, photography, drawing, painting, cut paper, and found images. In an increasingly digitized world, Gold Dust Studio inspires people to send some good old fashioned love, inspiration, and magic to their friends and family. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I accept returns and exchanges for undamaged items in original condition, minus the shipping costs. If any item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will replace it or refund your purchase. I accept credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and Paypal. Orders shipped to Massachusetts will be charged sales tax.
Greeting cards and postcards are usually shipped via US Postal Service First Class mail - you get a sweet price, but you don't get a tracking number! Larger items (5+ cards, or prints) are also shipped via USPS First Class and you will receive a tracking number with you order.

Upgrades- I'm happy to ship via Priority Mail or Priority Express. If you'd like to upgrade or add Signature Confirmation, please message/email me BEFORE you buy the item so I can customize your shipping method and cost. I am happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible!

Tracking + Transit- In most cases orders ship within USPS' estimated timelines, but please be aware that USPS does experience occasional delays, especially around the holidays. I cannot be held responsible for any delays but I'm happy to help you locate any missing or delayed items! Only Express Mail comes with "guaranteed" delivery dates, but First Class and Priority are pretty reliable within the US. Shipping timelines for international orders can vary widely.

Packaging- I use recycled/upcycled materials whenever possible. Good for your wallet and good for our mama earth!

Information about my customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
– Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
– Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as the United States Postal Service. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services, i.e. to purchase mailing labels.
