About

A Bakery-full of Inspiration

Goldenbeets began in 2016 with the launch of the coffee with eyes enamel pin, and is now selling an array of breakfast, bread, and dessert themed pins, patches, hats, socks, stickers, and more. Jill, the creator, is an avid baker (who actually runs a small custom-order baking business!) and draws inspiration for her designs from her home-baked goods. She hand-draws each design, and enjoys each new food that joins the Goldenbeets eyes club. Goldenbeets is a proud one-woman-run show, and I, Jill, hope you enjoy my products as much as I do.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Once your package has been shipped, I am no longer responsible if the package is lost by the postal service. I will provide a tracking number so you can see the progress of your order, and if any delays occur. If there is an issue where the postal service does not deliver your package, please contact me! I will be happy to work something out with you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please message me asap! If your item arrived damaged, we can decide mutually if you'd like either (A) a full refund or (B) a replacement. In both cases, the defective item should be sent back to me (within 21 days of the package being delivered to you), with the cheapest available shipping to you; I am not responsible for return shipping costs. I will provide a return address via Etsy conversations or email. If (A) a full refund is requested, I will fully refund your order after receiving confirmation that the defective item has been sent back to me. If (B) you would like a replacement, I will send the same item that was ordered to your address (that we will confirm via Etsy conversations) free of charge, but in this case a refund will not be provided. I will send the replacement item after receiving confirmation that the defective item has been sent back to me.

If you'd like to return something, i.e. the item is not damaged but you no longer want it for another reason after receiving it, please message me asap as well. I only accept returns within 21 days of the package being delivered to you. If you'd like to return something within this window of time, I will provide a return address via Etsy conversations or email. In this case I can provide a refund for the item only; shipping charges from the order will not be refunded, and I am not responsible for the return shipping costs. Any shipping, i.e. the cheapest possible shipping, is totally fine for returns.

If you purchased an item during a sale, i.e. where the item's price was reduced or shipping was free, these items are not eligible for a return and are final sale. If an item you ordered during any type of sale was damaged in any way, message me asap! The same procedures will be followed as-if the item was not on sale (see above for details on options A and B for either a refund or a replacement.)

Contact me as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel your order; once your item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and thus you cannot receive a refund. Please let me know ASAP if your address has changed. I cannot accept any address changes after I have shipped your order.
Payment
I prefer payment by credit card, but accept many different payment methods. If you would like to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail (with tracking) upgrades are available for domestic and international orders. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail service to ensure that packages are shipped and received securely; This service does not include tracking, and may take extra time as packages are travelling out of the country.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not take custom patch orders, nor custom enamel pin orders, nor custom button orders. All of my listed products are already made the way they are unless otherwise specified. If you'd like to order a large quantity of items for an event, message me! Similarly, if you're interested in wholesale, shoot me a message!
Privacy
To complete your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I use this information to mail and complete your orders, and for nothing else. [Gift messages remain confidential as well, and are only seen by you, me, and the gift recipient.] I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services & comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and the Etsy Terms of Use. I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to complete your orders. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
