Not only was the listing info VERY descriptive on condition, it even said it was very well used. However the bag is fully functional and in fact VERY sturdy and did not have major defects besides frays, pen marks, and one stain on the outside- as the listing pictured and stated. I used it as a work bag for a long time before I decided I needed a bigger one. I tried to work with you and to this day have never got a single reply. THREE WEEKS later still no reply and then this feedback. xoxo
