Welcome, all, to Golden Goddess Gourds! Here we invite you to travel through our boutique of original, unique creations, mostly musical or artful, and usually focusing on the lovely Golden Goddess herself, the "Gourd!"

Gourds have been used for thousands of years! They have been (and still are!) drinking vessels, bowls, drums and other musical instruments, jewelry, and much, much more! Here, we are thrilled to be able to offer you a one of a kind, unique instrument or work of art that you can create within your own imagination, and have us manifest the for you in the physical! We welcome your inquiries of any kind, offer free quotes on anything you can imagine, and offer a very unique personalized questionnaire for people who aren't exactly sure what they might like.

We really do focus our energies on bringing positive things into your life through music, and use all of our Magick, eco-friendly materials, semi-precious gemstones, Earth-based metals, fine feathers, shining stones, smooth shells, natural (as we can manage) cording and fabrics, and any embellishing items that we can come up with, to manifest something wondrous for you. We look forward to talking with you! Contact me here if you are interested in a telephone conversation about the perfect gift for the mindful musical connoisseur.

Payment
We accept Paypal, simply put. We have found that this is the easiest and safest way to send money through cyberspace, and we all want to make things as simple and safe as we can! If you have a real problem with this, need guidance on how it works (it is very simple, I can easily guide you through the process if you need me to!), or any other thing, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I will try to work with you in any way that I can.

All sales are final. No cancellations, please.

We don't really have a specific deadline on our payment expectations, and we hope to not ever have to change that. We have good faith that you will make payment as soon as it is possible for you to do so! (Within a week or so is nice!)

If you order a custom item that is over $500, I may need to ask for half of the money up front, for materials expense. We'll work out how to go about this together.
Shipping
If I have it in stock, I will ship it as soon as I receive payment. I ship by USPS, Priority or Express, flat rate if at all possible, whatever is least expensive. I have my own scale and postal meters, so it is easy to do all of this right here from my home! If you really need it fast, I'll ship it overnight if it can be done, and provided I can get to town that day (I am semi-handicapped). I have no problem adding insurance or confirmation if you feel you need it.

If it is something that is custom made, it could take a while. Depending on the item, I'll have to let you know what my expected time will be. I usually add an extra week to this estimated time to be completely safe. It's a good practice to order things early from me, if at all possible, if you want something very special, or a nice gift for someone else. I take my time and put a lot of effort into these creations, and would hate to have to rush the process.

That said, I will do my very best to get your project completed in due time, or when you need it!

I will package things very carefully, so they do not break, as some gourds and things can be quite fragile.

FYI... if it is still in my announcement on my front page, that likley means that the item you are wanting may be free of shipping costs at all! Our first ten items sold here will be offered with FREE SHIPPING.
Refunds and Exchanges
There will be no refunds or exchanges offered. If you need something repaired, however, I will offer very reasonable rates to you to repair your item if it breaks. Please keep in mind that GOURDS ARE FRAGILE. While some of the thicker, sturdier gourds are much more durable (like for the larger drums and such), others can be easily broken if dropped or otherwise mistreated. You should not leave them outdoors. You should not immerse them in water, even though they are pretty waterproof naturally. (It can make them weak for a time, until they completely dry out again.) You should treat them as you would any other fine musical instrument.

If a mishap occurs, though, I will be more than happy to see what I can do to help fix your item, for a low (or no)cost, depending on the circumstance. (You'll pay for shipping.) Sometimes, it can be as simple as using some wood glue and a good clamp overnight, and some sanding materials, and your item can be good as new!
Additional policies and FAQs
The creation of something as special as a musical instrument, or a piece of fine artwork, even one made out of a simple gourd, can be something very special, and may need a lot of attention to detail. I'll be willing to work with you every step of the way, though telephone conversations, emails, or whatever manner of communication you prefer. This is my full time job, currently, and I tend it with utter care. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask!
