About us

Golden Ponies was founded in November 2008, we are based in Guadalajara, México. Everything is designed and produced here, working with family owned factories. We started 10 years ago here in our etsy shop.
We offer our handmade to order products in a large variety of colors and materials using only faux leather, recicled and well sourced vegan materials.

Hacemos dos colecciones limitadas de zapatos y accesorios al año sin seguir mucho las tendencias, solo hacemos lo que nos gusta y lo que queremos usar.

Custom and personalized orders

We do not take custom orders.

Sizing details

Our range of sizes are from 6 to 10 US / 36 to 42 Eur. (with half sizes)

We recommend to order the size you are used to wear, as most of our shoes run true to size, unless otherwise stated in their description, but since we have different models some of them can run small, large or wide and narrow, please check carefully the fit described in each listing of the shoes.

Refunds

If circumstances apply we can make a money refund or offer shop credit, but we are not able to reimburse shipping costs. Returns will be made only within 7 days of delivery, later than that we can not proceed, without any exceptions.

Returns/Exchanges Process:

Please note any return must be approved first, send us a message and we will provide our returns address. We do not offer free returns.

Items must be unworn and unused to qualify for an exchange.

Exchanges/Refunds will be made as soon as we receive and process your returned item. The actual time it takes to receive your exchange depends on the time it takes the product to return.

If the item is not returned in it´s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. (Please make sure to provide a tracking number or use a safe shipping method, as we can`t take any responsibitily on lost items.)

ETA

Our products are handmade to order (unless otherwise stated as ready to ship) therefore we need 15 working days for production and handling plus shipping, which normally is up to 4 weeks, starting on the date of shipping, not the date the order was placed.

We offer express delivery via FEDEX please contact us with your zip code and country for more info and prices.

Tracking Numbers

For the United States your order will be delivered by USPS and tracking numbers are available only by request. For other countries please note that tracking might not be available but deliveries will be made by your national post, contact us if you need more details about tracking your order.

Holidays /Special Dates Shipping

For holiday season it is possible that delivery times may be longer than usual, sometimes post can take uo to 2 months to arrive, this delays unfortunately are out of our control.

If you wish to receive any of our products on time for christmas or any special event please contact us within two months prior.

Unfortunately we can´t commit with any specific date of arrival in orders shipped from mid-November to January. We appreciate your understanding and patience, since post is very busy worldwide. But you can always upgrade to express shipping, contact us for more info.

Delays and Returns

All packages are sent via registered mail, it is necessary that there is someone at your residence to receive the package (they need a signature)
Items are sometimes sent back due to various issues such as custom duties, unclaimed packages, non-calling, etc. If this happens and your package is sent back to us you must repay for the shipment of the item and we will resend it to you, but only once we receive it back, not before. Your item will not be remade, it is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of your mail, change an address or leave it with someone you trust.

Returns/Exchanges

Please read carefully the description/info of our products, ask for more detailed pictures of the item if needed before placing any order.
Almost all of our products are handmade to order, we do not have stock or a warehouse, small defects can be expected, our products are not industrially perfect.
We will gladly exchange your product, if the size, color or model is different from what was ordered (or if you choosed the wrong size).

Warranty

WE OFFER ONE YEAR OF WARRANTY ON ORDERS ONLY.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER ONE YEAR WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY LEFT ON ANY ORDER.

We offer to repair any bag/shoe for free but customer need to ship the items at their own expense. (1 year warranty, without exceptions.)
Replacemements:
If you need shoe laces, heels, hardware and straps of bags, a free piece will be sent to you.
