Golden Silhouette is a design studio specializing in weddings, special events and keepsakes. We're inspired by bold patterns, playful fonts and sophisticated color combinations. If you popped into our studio on any given day we'll be working to a soundtrack of 80s jams, 40s throwback tunes, or contemporary dance songs, singing along even when we don't know all the words.

In 2007, owner Carryn Golden created the invitations for her own wedding and fell in love with the entire process: designing, printing, hand-stamping and assembling and was encouraged to make them for other people. So she got to work at the kitchen table of the one-bedroom apartment she shared with her husband in the evenings and on weekends, eventually quitting her day job to run the business full time, and in 2013 joyfully moved the business into a dedicated 600 square foot studio.

Having experience as a floral designer, a photographer, and events coordinator, Carryn knows the ins and outs of weddings. She's great at anticipating the needs of her clients, fusses over the details, and stays on task so that her customers can worry about everything else that a big event requires.
