Announcement   Goldfinch.limited is focused on using sustainable materials in an intentional way to create one of a kind pieces for everyday life. This includes reclaimed and upcycled materials, as well as organic fabric and natural dyes.

My goal is to create things that don't look as if they have been made out of used clothes and thrifted materials; transforming the materials into something new and different. My hope is that the end product will be used more and have a longer life than the original piece.

I use dyes that come from nature; these natural, vibrant, long-lasting colors can be created from a variety of plants found growing in your backyard or even from your kitchen. By using these local, readily available resources, I can create a variety of colors in an intentional and sustainable way. By focusing on quality and sustainability, these heirloom pieces can be passed down through the generations!

Hand knit commissions and custom, hand dyed textiles including baby/children's clothing, baby blankets, hats and mitts for the whole family, women's and men's shirts, sweaters, scarves, cowls, shawls, etc., are available.

Do you have an idea for an accessory or an item in your home that you would like to see come to life? I would be happy to help you create your vision.

I love our soaker! Had a larger size made with an extra layer for added absorption and it turned out beautifully. Such a trim but absorbant cover. So beautifully made you can't even tell it is an upcycled product. I would highly recommended these wool soakers. I hope she is able to add more soakers to inventory soon. Would love to purchase more :)
