Returns are only accepted if you notify me in advance of your return and receive an email confirmation. I will accept returns of unworn and undamaged items within 7 days of purchase. Once I receive your item, I will refund the original purchase price (I do not refund shipping). Return shipping costs are also your responsibility. You also have to pay the shipping costs if you ask for an exchange.

Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund ; items on sale are final sale.

Payments accepted are : credit card, Paypal, and bank transfer.
If you need any assistance during the ordering process, feel free to contact me. Orders may be cancelled before the item has been shipped for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to the refund policy detailed below.

Your order will ship from Canada. Shipping takes approximately 3 to 15 days inside Canada, 5 to 30 days for the rest of the world. Please keep in mind the delivery time when placing an order. Your order will be shipped to your address on Etsy, using standard shipping method.

If your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, a fee will be charged to ship it again. I cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages without tracing number and for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error so please, double check your address information. Contact me if you want a tracking number so i can adjust the shipping price.

Please be aware that your own country may require you to pay import fees or taxes at the time of delivery. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact your local customs organization for more information.

Wrapping :
I take great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival. All my jewelry comes beautifully wrapped ready for gift giving.

I offer discount on bulk or wholesale orders.

I try to capture the actual colour in photos, but it may look slightly different depending on computer screens.

Please note that my jewelry contains beads, metals, glued elements, etc. which are best preserved when stored in a dry place, preferably a jewelry box.
Gold-plated and silver-plated chains and charms can tarnish if they are exposed to humidity for an extended time. To preserve longevity, avoid water (bathing, swimming, washing hands, etc. ) or any liquids (perfume, lotions, etc. ).
