Shipping
Gone2Pieces™ Vintage ships M-F via USPS; up to $100 insurance is included per USPS. Contact us about multiple item shipping; in some instances costs may be reduced.
Please confirm SHIP TO address before finalizing payment. G2PVintage is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by buyer.
If an order is returned because it was unclaimed at the post office by the buyer, the buyer will be charged for the return shipping plus an additional handling fee of 15% of the purchase price. Buyer to cover Etsy and other fees that may result when an item is returned.
Local pick up is possible with purchase receipt. Please send a message to inquire about this option. Shipping charges will be refunded after pick up.
Returns
Only items damaged in transit will be considered for return. NO OTHER RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Inspect all photographs, read the description and ask any and all questions BEFORE purchase. I will be happy to provide additional photographs and answer any and all questions to the best of my knowledge.
OPEN YOUR PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOUR ITEM(S) WERE NOT DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT. Photos of the item and packaging and may be required to substantiate any claim of damage. Return of the item may be necessary for completion of an insurance claim or issuing a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are AS IS and final; no refunds or exchanges. If buyer cancels an order, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
However, if there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied in any way, please contact us to resolve the issue. If any returns are agreed upon, items must be returned in as-shipped-to-you condition, with no damage or odors. Any tags must be intact.
By definition, vintage items must be at least twenty years old. All items will show some signs of use and age. Please read descriptions and inspect all photographs carefully; ask all questions you may have about an item. Additional photographs may be requested. If you still have doubts, please do not purchase the item or contact us before placing an order.
