Returns and exchanges
If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from goodbloom, please let me know and I will be more than happy to refund or exchange. The shipping cost will not be refunded, however, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If I don't receive your payment within 3 DAYS of placing your order, I will cancel the order and it will be removed from both of our Etsy records. If you make payment by check, I will ship the item once the check has cleared.

Sales tax will be added if you are a resident of Texas. (8%)
Shipping is usually done via USPS First Class within 1-3 days after ordering. If you wish to get expedited shipping, please convo me ASAP after the sale to let me know. I will need to send you a new invoice.

Buyer is responsible for any duties taxes on international shipping.

I do not supply invoices with purchases. However, if you would like one, let me know in the notes to seller and I will be happy to comply.

I welcome custom orders. I can do any flower you see listed in nearly any color combo you want. Convo me for more info.
