I strive to make the item descriptions and photos very specific and clear. Please ask for any clarification when we process the payment and shipping details. But if the item arrives significantly different from the online descriptions and photos, please contact me within five day of receipt of the item, and we can discuss an exchange or refund. Any refund will only be for the price of the item, not to include shipping or insurance charges.

I accept credit card payments through my SquareUp account, and will process your credit card payment over the phone. Please include phone and email contact information with your order. It is not secure to provide credit card numbers over email. For your security, I will email your order confirmation, and you may call me at 707-793-9913 with your credit card details. Checks are also accepted, but must clear your bank before your purchase is mailed.
For custom orders, a 50% deposit will be needed at time of order.
Please make payment arrangements within 2 days of placing online order.

California residents will be charged 8.5% sales tax on purchases from my shop.

My normal shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, for which the small flat box rate is $5.20, and offers 2-3 day service and delivery confirmation. That size will accommodate most all of my products. Please ask me if you wish faster shipping.
For orders over $100, I may include insurance coverage through USPS.
