Returns and exchanges
We work closely with our clients to ensure that the color, style, etc are exactly what they are after. It is a bear to ship these so please ask any questions, let me know of any concerns, etc. before we finalize.
Other items are refundable provided you pay for return shipping.
30 day window to return all items once delivered that are mentioned above. Items will not be refunded if broken upon returning, bent, used, etc. Insurance is recommended for return shipping as we will have insurance on the items I ship.
I have insurance on all items I ship. If there is a problem please document this and we will work to resolve this problem either with the shipper or by making a new piece.
