I do accept returns but only if I am contacted within 3 days of customer receiving the item or 3 days after Christmas. If the size is incorrect and you have documentation of your size request please contact me asap. If you requested the wrong size, or couldn't get correct size or did not reply to size requests.. you may return the ring at your cost and we will size the ring for $30 (which encludes us removing the stone, sizing fee, replacement stone, labor and return shipping back to you. If for some reason your Mood Ring does not change colors.. here is how to test it:
If it is just black.. that is because it is winter and it is cold. If it is dark blue that means it is probably summer and warm out so start with the ice 1st to test.
Please please do the following:
For an instant test without wearing it.. please hold it near heat (like a heater or blow dryer) and will turn dark blue.. then take an ice cube and touch it to the inside of the ring behind the stone and will go thru all the wonderful colors until it reaches black. I guarantee all my rings and personally test them prior to shipping. Email me if you have any questions.
