Hello!
I'm Kristina, - mom, wife, a freelance journalist, head of the children's day center and artist - just a little bit but still growing:)
What is Good Mood Wood?
It is a part of our family life. My husband Povilas previously worked as Occupational Therapist, but life has changed and he became a carpenter (like in that Randy Travis song "He was just a carpenter by trade…").
Here you can find a wide variety of mounted drop leaf tables, a few kneelers...
The colorful decorations on Povilas’ handwork are made by me. I’m not a professional artist, but I have loved drawing and painting since my childhood.
I believe that my pictures beam a good spirit, that's where the name Good Mood Wood came from. And there is no better feeling than knowing that our little Good Mood Wood things find their place in people’s lives, make them smile and remind about something very nice and warm.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I try to do my best when describe and photograph my items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully if have questions - ask before placing the order!

Please check the package during pick up before signing for it. At post office check if package is undamaged. If so - do not sign for it and check the item inside if it is in good condition.
If item is damaged during shipment - ask post office worker/express courier for what to do next, but do not accept delivery.

Check parcel at home in 3 business days after pick up from post office, if you did not do that at post office. Otherwise I won't accept any complaints for damaged items.

Take photos of damaged item, email to me and I will refund for it when you will ship item back and when it will reach me.

If by any reasons you are not satisfied with the item you bought from my shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- the item is returned in its original package and condition, UNUSED;
- for Lithuanian and other EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
- for US and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. The shipment expenses will have to be paid by the buyer.

!Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value!

Please note: For your own protection, I strongly recommend that you return your goods to us by recorded delivery.

REFUND:
a)I refund money via PayPal for returned items, after items are shipped back to me.
b) contact me as soon as it is possible if you received wrong item or parcel is damaged, I will offer solution for situation

Refund Process
We will issue a refund less 10% for fees/expenses incurred. Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

I do refund only for items. I do pay to post office for shipping every time I post. Paycheck with your name and address information may be shown if need it.

Final Sale/Custom Works
Final sale and Custom work items may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items will be clearly marked.
Payment
Payments accepted via PayPal.
Most of the items that we offer are made to order. Upon the full receipt of your payment, we will start processing your order. Each listing gives an up-to-date estimate of the time we require to make the object - this time period excludes the time which it takes to ship. If you need your item sooner, please inquire before placing your order.

Canceled orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping
We ship via DHL service or via post office.
If you choose EXPRESS shipping, provide your phone number at once during purchase, in the field "note to seller". Currier will call to discuss details about your orders arrival.

Each item lists an approximate production time on the product detail page. Please note these production times can vary for various reasons including material demand, production delays. So in kind, please be patient

Shipping by post office priority mail takes 1.5-3 weeks after items are made. (tracking available)
Express shipping time 2-4 business days worldwide after order complete. (tracking available)

Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display after receiving tracking numbers.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for taxes and/or duty fees imposed by their individual country.

Delays
Please note in addition to possible production delays listed above, possible shipping delays may occur due to mail carrier service policies. These may include weekends, public holidays, mail carrier service closures, weather delays, and the like.

All pieces are created by hand. And the production time is about 1-3 weeks.
We are not working on Sundays - We have lovely family - it is our day!

Colors you see on your monitor may differ from item colors. It depends on yours and mine monitors color profiles difference, so I cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor display the colors exact as they are.
