Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you aren't able to use Paypal and would still like to place an order on my store, please contact me to work something out.
Shipping
Your order will ship within 1 business day of when payment is received. You will be notified within 1 business day if it will take longer to ship. All items are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation (tracking number) and optional shipping insurance is available for $2.00. If you would like shipping insurance, please make a note with your payment stating that you would like shipping insurance and add $2 to your payment. I will ship outside of the United States, but will need to figure shipping costs accordingly. Feel free to contact me with any questions or additional requests; I'm flexible.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are in as-described condition when shipped. If you are concerned about damage to your item during shipping I strongly urge you to take advantage of the optional shipping insurance for $2. If an item arrives damaged, and you have purchased shipping insurance, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping agent. All sales are final and items are non-returnable once you have accepted shipment.

Custom items:
If you see an item you like but would like to customize it (e.g. a different color, size, etc...) please contact me and we will work something out. Custom orders will take longer for shipment and you will be notified when your custom order ships.
