Announcement    Goody Bocs is a gift box company that specializes in creating personalized gift boxes. Each box is thoughtfully put together and one of a kind. Every gift box comes with a custom greeting card, is elegantly packaged in an environmentally friendly kraft box, and is shipped directly to the customer. Goody Bocs takes the hassle out of spending countless hours putting together that perfect baby gift!

The current turn-around time is 5-7 days for gift boxes. Shipping averages 2-4 days (priority mail).

*Receipts are not put in the gift boxes, only if requested.

If you want to mix and match items, please contact me for a customized gift box.

All gift boxes are shipped in a singular box with the shipping label affixed on top. This cuts down on waste and shipping costs that would be carried onto the customer. If you would like the gift box shipped in another box, you can choose that option at checkout.

PERSONALIZED ORDER POLICY:

Please, message me within 1-3 days if decide you want the items personalized, need to change the spelling of the name, or don't want the items personalized. If you aren't sure you put down personalization, or a message for the card please message us to confirm. We will get back to you within 24 hours with your confirmation.

RETURNS: The items can't be returned or exchanged, unless an item is defective or there is a spelling error on our part with the personalization.

CANCELLING AN ORDER: Orders can be cancelled if you contact me within 2-3 days after you place your order. Past 3 days, the items may have already been personalized (which can't be returned).


**We are not responsible for shipping delays, due to the weather conditions and staff shortages at USPS.


Over Sea orders will be shipped out USPS priority international or UPS, averaging (2-6 weeks). If an overseas item shows that it has been delivered or arrived at the destination, it is proof the item has been delivered. If you didn't receive the item (and it shows it was delivered), you will need to contact the delivery service for information on your missing package.

**Please, remember to put the address where you want the gift box shipped, not your home address. If you want the item/s you purchased personalized, please remember to leave the information in the note to the seller (including the greeting card message). All returned boxes will require a cost to be repackaged and shipped out again.

TEETHERS/PACIFIER CLIP CLEANING:
*All our products are made with food-grade silicone and beech wood and certified to meet USA FDA and Consumer Product Safety Commission Standards. Pacifier clips, rattles, and rainbow teethers are easy to clean, simply clean with wipes or wash in warm water with or without dish soap, rinse and let dry. If any of the toys appear to be damaged over time, please discard them.

User Safety:
The pacifier clip is not for use while the baby is sleeping or the caregiver is away.
Do not leave your baby unattended with a pacifier clip.

CLOTHING ITEMS:
Wash clothing items on cold, dry on low, or hang to dry. Each clothing item will shrink a bit after being washed. Iron on medium, with a thin cloth over embroidery design or vinyl lettering.

MUSLIN BLANKET and BUNNY BLANKET:
Wash in cold or warm, muslin blanket can be dried on low/medium in the dryer, the bunny blanket should be line dried. Fluff in the dryer.
