Internationally, the only service that is trackable is Express shipping and costs $45 USD for most items. Although we highly recommend to add tracking to your order, we have experienced glitches in the USPS's system, for which we cannot be held responsible. For even more security, we recommend using a private carrier, such as FedEx or UPS.

We do want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If there has been an error on the part of the seller and the product has been grossly misrepresented on Etsy, We will issue a refund upon return of the product.

We have NO control over your package once it leaves the US. ***

Unless asked otherwise, we ship via USPS first-class mail within 5 business days after your payment has cleared, and you will receive an email notification. If your package is shipping within the US or Canada, the email notification will have tracking information. NO TRACKING INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS UNLESS THE SHIPPING IS UPGRADED. (We cannot offer refunds on packages lost in the mail). First class shipping takes 2-5 business days domestic and 2-5 weeks international to arrive.

VAT for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You will be responsible for any local customs or import duties which may apply when the parcel arrives in the local customs. Goose Grease is not responsible for these charges.

UK CUSTOMERS: Please be advised. We have received various complaints concerning the Royal Mail charging our customers for either customs or delivery. The shipping charge you pay Goose Grease is the stipulated price to get your package from NYC to the UK. We use a shipping software to calculate prices and pay in full before printing shipping labels. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any extra charges the Royal Mail may apply. Sorry for the inconvenience, but charges that seem to be randomly applied have led us to adopt this policy.

Although we have been using USPS as our courier with a high success rate, we cannot make ourselves responsible for possible flaws in their system or errors in shipping addresses on the part of our customers. Please understand our perspective: we do what is in our hands to pack and ship packages complying with all rules and regulations in a timely fashion. For international orders, if you feel the need for faster service, please do not hesitate to contact us concerning an upgrade to Priority. We understand it might be a financial burden, but time sensitive material should be taken into special consideration. Please be sure your shipping address is correct! We copy and paste shipping addresses directly from your Etsy invoices.

Goose Grease is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. Standard shipments are mailed without insurance, but will happily be purchased at the buyer's request.
