5 out of 5 starsI bought this for my partner, who is from Aberdeen, as we have visited Footdee together many times. This arrived quickly and is absolutely beautiful. The frame is also extremely good quality - we are both very happy with this and would highly recommend.

About GordonMclemanArt
My name is Gordon McLeman and I'm a self-taught artist based in Aberdeen Scotland, working mainly in watercolours.
I've had a varied career, from geophysicist in the Oil & Gas Industry to International Tax Specialist. I am now a full time artist living in Aberdeen, Scotland.
I paint whatever takes my fancy at but am happiest with sea-scapes and landscapes, from container ships to iconic buildings, and living in Aberdeen it's perhaps no surprise that I've painted quite a few oil & gas subjects and scenes of Scotland. I normally work in watercolour or pen and wash, in a range of styles depending on my mood at the time. I always use Winsor & Newton artists quality watercolour paints and Bockingford or The Langton paper.
I print my own work on a Canon printer using genuine Canon inks and Canon 260gm/m2 Pro Luster paper. This combination delivers exceptional long lasting prints with a beautiful lustre finish for great colour saturation and a soft feel, and will look great with a mount and framed in any environment
I offer to supply some of my prints framed to UK customers. I use either black, white or wood effect frames (either moulded, smooth or textured) with 'snow-white' or 'ice-white' mounts, depending on what I think looks best for the individual prints. These are the names given by my mount supplier. I would say that 'ice-white' is a bright pure white whereas 'snow-white' is slightly off-white.
Note that the watermarks seen on some of my screen images are for screen-view only, they are not added to the prints shipped to customers.
I offer the following print sizes.
Print Size 8 x 6 in (20.3 x 15.2 cm) Image Size 6 x 4 in (15.2 x 10.2 cm)
Print Size 16 x 12 in (40.6 x 30.5 cm) Image Size 12 x 8 in (31.5 x 21.0 cm)
Print Size A4 (11.7 x 8.3 in) (29.7 x 21.0 cm) Image Size 9 x 6 in (22.9 x 15.2 cm)
Please note that 'print size' refers to the outer dimensions of the mount that the print is designed for. The prints I supply may be up to 1cm shorter to allow space for the print to be taped to the mount. The 'image size' is smaller and centred in the print with a white border. These are standard combinations of mount and image sizes so a ready-made mount and frame should easily be available locally if required.
