Returns and refunds are not accepted.
Shipping
Prints will be shipped with Polish Post Office as a registered PRIORITY letter/Global Expres parcel with a tracking number.
Usually, it takes 2 days for Poland and 10-14 in Europe. Please note that shipping overseas can take longer (14+ days)
If you plan to gift my artwork please consider buying early.
If the order is returned to me and you want to have sent it again you will have to pay for the new shipment.
Package:
- prints are rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes,
- original paintings on canvas are shipped in a cardboard and bubble pack,
- original paintings on paper - 300g and more - are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve with cardboard backing, in a sturdy envelope.

Frequently asked questions
Shipping
Items are shipped within 3-10 working days after ordering.
I ship with priority registered mail (to US and Canada with Global Express option), using Polish Post Office.
Usually, shipping takes 2 days for Poland and 10-14 days outside. Please note that it can take longer for US and other countries.
The prints are neatly packed in a cardboard tube.
Refunds and Exchanges
Everything is packaged nicely to arrive as safely as possible. All prints are carefully checked for quality. Returns and refunds are not accepted. If there is a problem with your item please let me know.
I cannot accept responsibility for anything damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
