my designs are carefully handcrafted with love and care and thoroughly inspected before shipping. if you are unhappy with your purchase, i will gladly to accept any merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days for credit or exchange and within 10 days for refund.

**NOTE** custom orders are NOT eligible for refund.
you may make a payment using paypal. payment is expected at the time of purchase. if you need a bit more time please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. orders that have not been paid within 3 days will be cancelled. you may make a payment through paypal even if you do not have a paypal account, contact me if you need help with this process.

layaway: i will gladly accept a layaway on items over $100 with a 25% non-refundable down payment and the remainder due within 30 days. in the case that the remaining amount is unpaid within 30 days the item will be relisted. please contact me if you are interested in this option.
i ship via USPS within 2-3 days of receiving payments. if you would like different arrangements, expedited shipping, insurance, or signature confirmation please contact me prior to making payment.

due to the unique irreplaceable nature of my product insurance is highly recommended. contact me prior to payment and i will make necessary adjustments to the invoice.

Q & A

Q: i am in love with a piece that you have already sold, can you make me one just like it?
A: because most of my pieces are constructed using vintage materials, making an exact replica is extremely difficult if not impossible. however, i will work with you in designing something similar. keep in mind this will take time if i dont have similar materials readily available.

Q: my jewelry needs repair, what is your policy?
A: i am happy to offer complimentary repairs on any jewelry within 360 days of purchase. additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear and you are responsible for shipping costs. in the case of lost part please contact me to further discuss.

Q: i have noticed some wear on my jewelry, can i get a new one?
A: please remember that most of my pieces incorporate vintage components. i try to hand select only the ones in the best condition. however, these are still vintage, previously worn components sometimes showing their age. this just adds to the uniqueness and character of the piece.

Q: i love one of your necklaces but i dont think it will fit me, can you add/subtract some length?
A: i want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase, if the stated length is not to your liking please contact me and i can make the necessary adjustments prior to your purchase. please note that in the case of added parts a small fee may apply.
