Graceful Elements integrates creative leadership skills in its development of artistic creations in Fashion, Home Décor, and other lifestyle areas. With these skills we hope to demonstrate a series of lines tailored to the modern, feminine woman. We strive to cater to everyday women, and we often offer made-to-order designs to accommodate the wide range of female figures represented by our clientele. We are always interested in creating custom designs (both fashion and otherwise) for clients and are eager to make any experience with our company a pleasant one. Please read all product descriptions carefully. We try to be as clear as possible about very item (condition, sizing, materials used in construction, special care instructions and any restrictions in shipping or returns). If you have any questions about the item or any of our policies please contact us before completing a purchase.

Payment
Payment must be made within 48 hours of invoice date or the order will be canceled. If you choose to pay by check, please message me to inform me of the payment status (when sent etc.) to ensure your order is not canceled.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 7 days from the order date, unless the item is a made-to-order garment or custom order in which case estimated completion time is indicated within the individual product description.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation AND Shipping Insurance.

When shipped via USPS Priority Mail, delivery estimates range from 3-5 days domestically and 7-10 days internationally. Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends.
Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to return your order, it must be delivered back to us within 10 days of the day you receive it and in its original condition to receive a refund (28 days for International orders). Also, prior notice of the intent to return must have been made via email or etsy conversation. If these conditions are not met we may reject the return or apply a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion. Restrictions apply on specially ordered items and permission to return must be given ahead of time.

You can choose to request a refund (minus our shipping costs), make an exchange or choose to hold a store credit with us. Simply jot a note on your invoice directing us what you are requesting and include it in your return.

**Additionally, for any custom orders canceled before shipment but after completion, only half of the purchase cost will be refunded. This is to ensure our compensation for the time and efforts spent in creating your order.

Exchanges

We encourage you to take a store credit or exchange instead of return. So, we offer free shipping back for your exchange request. Send back your item and the return slip on your invoice with a note requesting your exchange choice and we will pay for it to be sent back to you (domestic customers only, sorry).

If there is a price difference between the exchange and the original item, we will either refund the difference or send you an invoice for the difference (which must be paid before the exchange is shipped), whichever is called for to complete your exchange request. If you are an international customer, we will send an updated invoice for the cost to ship your exchange.

Refunds

We offer full refunds (minus our initial shipping costs) on most items when your order is received back to our location within 10 days from the day you received your order.

Exceptions are noted in the product descriptions of our items.

RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE ORDER RECEIPT.

We will refund your PayPal account (or send you a check for the refund amount if you had paid by check for the original purchase) and you will receive an email receipt of your refund. Please allow 3-4 days for us to process a return and credit your account.

Late Returns

We have a 10 day return policy. This means we must have the item back at our facility within 10 days from the day you received your order. If received late, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Returns received past 30 days of the day you received your order will be rejected and sent back to you.

Damaged Returns

We check our return merchandise carefully and if the item sent back appears worn, has odors (i.e. smoke/perfume/sweat etc.), stains, deodorant, makeup, tags removed, etc., it will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Stock

Although we have most of our merchandise in stock, occasionally out of stocks occur. We notify the customer within 24 hours if their item is out of stock and can often give an estimated arrival time. At that time, the customer can choose to wait or simply request a refund.

International Orders

Shipping

Unfortunately, we cannot provide free shipping for international orders. If you are ordering from outside of the U.S.A, please contact us directly for an updated price quote that includes shipping fees to your specific location.

For international orders shipping time is generally 5-10 days but your order could randomly be held by customs which may delay the delivery of your order. Your country may also charge you customs duties, which we have no control over. Please keep these things in mind when ordering internationally.

Customs Fees

International orders may incur a customs fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. If you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
