Custom orders are non refundable, but of course we want you to be happy. Please contact us to see what we can do to help.

For any issues with your order, we must be contacted within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Payment is accepted through PayPal and credit/debit cards.

Orders payed via e-check will not be shipped until payment has cleared. This could delay your order.

Arizona customers are responsible for 8.3% sales tax.
All orders are shipped via USPS.

» Orders are sent via First Class International Mail. Shipping takes 1-3 weeks on average but can take longer depending on your location and customs. There is no guaranteed delivery date on international packages.
» I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of orders shipped internationally. Once the package leaves the USA, it is out of the hands of USPS and in the hands of your country/region's postal service. Any loss/damage/delays need to be taken up with your postal service. Refunds will not be given on international shipping fees/product charges due to delays in transit or lost/stolen merchandise shipped via USPS.

Transit times specified by USPS may increase for any reason ranging from inclement weather to holidays, all of which are out of my control. I am not responsible for packages not delivered by your personal deadline due to hold-ups while the package is in the hands of the postal service. I always make sure to ship your package within my posted production time-frame, and if for any reason there are hold-ups on my end, you will be contacted.


During the delivery process, if your package is taking longer to arrive than expected, please contact USPS. Unfortunately, I cannot offer more information than what is posted on their website. The customer service phone number is: 1-800-222-1811. If necessary, you will be able to open an investigation with customer service to track down your package.

Necklaces are made with the font shown in the main photo of each listing. Most letters are lowercase. [Please refer to individual listing photos.]


If we have discussed a custom idea/change with you, please make sure to include these details in your order notes during check out! Especially during busy holiday seasons [Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas] we get several conversations daily and it can be difficult to keep everyone's requests in order when they are not included in the order details. Thank you for understanding.


Hand stamped jewelry is unique and one of a kind. Each letter is stamped individually by hand, not a machine. It takes time and effort to create a personalized piece of jewelry. With this in mind, you should know that words are not always going to be perfectly straight. These "imperfections" give each piece of jewelry unique character. The pressure used in the hand stamping process creates an impression onto the backside of most pieces. There is simply no way around this. For this reason, only the front of each pendant can be customized (unless otherwise noted). I only send out jewelry I am proud of, so you can be assured that your jewelry will be beautiful!

// The best way to care for all jewelry is to remove it before swimming, showering, working out or sleeping, and storing it in a sealed plastic bag.

// Sterling Silver & Gold Filled: Sterling Silver can be brightened with jewelry cleaner/dip or scrubbed gently with a water/toothpaste mix. Dishsoap and jewelry cleaner/dip work great for Gold filled jewelry. It is completely normal for Sterling Silver and Gold to tarnish over time, but tarnish is easily removed using the previously mentioned methods.

// Gold plated & Silver plated: Be sure not to scrub gold and silver plated jewelry. Remove these pieces before physical activity & store in a clean, dry environment.

// Brass: Brass naturally oxidizes over time. This is not a defect, but a natural property of the metal. Its shine can be restored with brass polish, dish soap and hot water, or even ketchup.

// Stainless Steel & Aluminum: Both of these metals are tarnish resistant. A polishing cloth can be used to clean and remove smudges or dirt. Aluminum is a light-weight metal and "softer" than stainless steel or sterling silver, therefore making it more susceptible to scratching. Extra care should be taken to protect and prolong the life of aluminum jewelry.


Please be mindful that all jewelry, whether purchased from my shop or elsewhere, should be handled with care. Be gentle and careful with your jewelry, avoiding water [swimming and showering] with your jewelry on. Keep your jewelry stored in a safe place, and away from children who may damage or potentially choke on small parts.

Items may contain small parts which is a choking hazard for small children - Items in this shop are not intended for small children, nor should they be worn or left in any place where unattended children may have access.


Repairs -- I am more than happy to repair your jewelry for you. I will accept returns for repairs within 14 days of the delivery date, free of charge. After 14 days, you may be subject to additional charges on repairs and/or replacement parts as well as the cost for return shipping.


Please do not attempt to contact me through personal email addresses stated on PayPal/payment receipts. I communicate exclusively through Etsy's conversation platform and answer as quickly as possible. I will not be responsible for any unreceived information sent after an order is placed. How do I let you know what I want stamped on my jewelry?

After adding a listing to your cart, please leave any information necessary for personalizing your item in the box at checkout that says "add an optional note to seller".

How long will an item take to receive? Can you rush an order?

Please see our Shop Announcement for current processing times. Shipping options are also available at checkout & are in addition to the processing time.

If you need an order rushed, please contact us BEFORE placing an order to make sure we're able to accommodate a rush at this time.

Please do not request in your order notes that an item arrives by a certain date. We do not see your order notes until we are processing your order which may be after the date you've requested. Contact us before ordering and we'll do everything we can to help out :)
