With a love for art and all things creative I needed a space to spread out, that just happened to be the kitchen table!

Growing up with 3 other siblings we turned our dinning room in to a "school room" which really meant it was a room where we could pretty much make as big of a mess as we wanted. The table in that room my mom made from an old door so that it was big enough for us all to spread out. That table was the first of my kitchen table studios. My grandmother is also an artist and held art camps every summer at her home in Columbia. At these camps we would spread out on her small kitchen table and do every art project imaginable. I learned to use watercolor, color pencil and even clay sitting right there in her kitchen. As I have grown up we have changed the school room back in to a dinning room and now have the most beautiful kitchen table I have ever seen.
Now that I am married and out of my parents house I have found myself spreading out all over the house and am no longer stuck at the table. However, the table will always be my number one spot for getting my creative juices flowing. I decided to open up a store when I was attempting to make some extra cash while in college, it was mostly just a way for me to easily work with friends and family who wanted custom things done as gifts. Luckily the store has grown and I have shipped things all over the USA and even a few international! I hope that now that I am out of school and on to the next phase in life that the shop will continue to grow and change with me!

Welcome to Grace Langdon Art! This is my online studio and shop where I share my most recent and successful projects ranging from custom furniture and lighting to serving trays and personalized tin artwork. As a southerner I truly appreciate the rustic history that is all around us and try and include that in all my pieces. The tin used in most of my pieces is collected from South Carolina back country and cut to size all by hand. My goal for this shop and space it to bring artwork to my clients that they will keep for many generations. I hope we can work together on your piece soon!

Please follow along with my studio and artwork via social media!
