Shop policies

Hello. My name is Eve and I design and create handcrafted jewellery. Welcome to my shop policies page. It is important to me that you are pleased with any purchase you receive from my shop. The following information will hopefully answer any questions you may have but if you have any query about the item you have just purchased please “convo” me and I will get right back to you. Please let me know at checkout if you wish to have something shortened or lengthened and I will let you know if it is possible.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
In order to purchase an item from my shop you will have to Register with Etsy – it only takes a couple of minutes to Register (with no obligation) and is totally free. Once you have an Etsy account, you can make a purchase.

At the moment, I use PayPal as my preferred method of payment. This is a very secure and speedy method of purchasing goods online.

No PayPal Account?

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make your purchase by selecting the PayPal option. Once you have added your item to the “shopping cart”, click the PayPal button. In the next window, scroll down to where you can pay by credit card - this will allow you to pay without a PayPal account.

However, if you wish to set up your own PayPal account please visit for more information. Please note that you can pay in your OWN CURRENCY using PayPal who takes care of the conversion. If you would like to check out the current exchange rate first please go to

Reserved Orders - I am happy to put an item on hold for you, but the order should be paid for within 3 days of the reservation. If you need a little longer time to reserve, please let me know by “convo” and we can organise that.
I offer flat rate shipping worldwide! Buy as much as you wish and pay one flat rate.

All of my items are shipped to you within 1-3 days and are presented to you in a complimentary gift box. To save on shipping costs I may package more than one item together. I will ship your goods to whatever address you have given PayPal unless you wish to send your purchase directly to someone other than yourself - just let me know the address and your message to the recipient of the gift at checkout.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail nor can I be responsible for customs charges or fees (if applicable).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item you have just received you may return it within 7 days but it must be in its original condition and unworn in order for you to receipt a full refund (excluding all postage costs). Payment refund through PayPal.

Please note earrings cannot be returned for obvious hygienic reasons.

If after receiving your item and you have any query or if a repair is required please convo me or contact me by email at eve [!at] and I will do my best to sort things.

Prevent Silver Tarnish and/or cleaning your Sterling Silver

Prevent Sterling Tarnish - Sterling silver will tarnish as it is exposed to air (even while sitting in your jewellery box). Storing your jewellery in small plastic zip bags will help slow oxidation. If you prefer to keep your jewellery bright and shiny tarnish prevention is key. Follow easy and natural cleaning method for sterling silver is as follows:

Clean Sterling Silver - For light tarnish, a jewellery polishing cloth can be used. For heavier tarnish, line a heatproof bowl with aluminum foil. Add two tablespoons of baking soda and about a cup of boiling water. Carefully submerge the sterling silver and stir. Let sit until bright. Rinse with cool water and dry with a soft cloth.

If there are gemstones in your sterling silver piece use baking soda or toothpaste directly on the silver taking care not to touch the gemstones/pearls.
