PERSONALIZED/ MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY:
Personalized/ made to order products are final sale. We only accept returns & exchange when products are defective.

We reserve the rights to accept or refuse any return or exchange requests. Some cases may incur charges.

If products are defective (broken, discolored, wrong size, wrong request, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible within 5 days of receiving.

READY TO SHIP JEWELRY:
Non-personalized/ ready to ship products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

All shipping fees are non refundable. If your order was shipped free of charge, a return postage fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund.

If you'd like to make any changes on your order, please contact us within 12 hours. After 12 hours, changes will not be accepted or there may be extra charges as your order has been processed.

Changes of SHIPPING ADDRESS and shipping service must be informed within 2 days of purchase. Last-minute changes of shipping address and shipping service won't be accepted as your order may have already been shipped out before we receive your request.

Cancellation of orders are accepted within 12 hours and will be refunded in 5-7 business days.

FREE SHIPPING: USPS First Class; estimated delivery in 2-7 business days, not guaranteed.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: $12+, FedEx Express, estimated delivery in 2 business days.
RUSH ORDER + EXPRESS SHIPPING: $28+, FedEx Express, estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

☛ For all cases of delayed delivery due to delays by shipping carriers, we are unable to offer compensation. Refund requests for all orders will not accepted.
☛ Signature Confirmation is not required but is available upon request. If you need this please contact us after you submit your order. For all cases that tracking shows "delivered" status, we are unable to offer compensation.
☛ If you need to rush your order or receive by a certain date, please send us a message after you submit your order, our team will get back to you if it's possible to do. You can also upgrade shipping at the cart to receive your order faster once it's shipped out.

We ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via Fedex. Phone number and signature confirmation is required for delivery. Please see shipping rates at check out.

☛ For UK and Countries in the European Union, duty and custom taxes are pre-collected by Etsy when you placed your order. Please review your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing, as we are not liable for any fees or taxes your package may be subject to upon crossing the border.
☛ Though most packages go through customs without any additional charges, some countries will charge duty for international packages, these are not additional shipping charge. Because of the range of duty fees across different countries, we are unable to accurately reflect them in our prices; checking the fees of the specific destination country will help you avoid any surprises. 
☛ Please note delivery time for international orders is not 100% guaranteed. Though most orders arrives in estimated time frame, it may also depend on the country and its customs.

All orders are shipped via USPS/FedEx. Once an order is shipped, USPS/FedEx takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.

► Wearing
- All our Sterling Silver jewelry is protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish but this may eventually wear with time. We recommend removing jewelry when you shower or bathe and particularly on the beach, in the sea or chlorinated water.
- Avoid applying perfumes or beauty products directly on your jewelry.
- Keep away from extreme temperature, humidity, sunlight, and avoid contact with bleach.
- For gold and rose gold vermeil jewelry, please avoid frequent contact with water, washing products, beauty products, and other chemicals.
- Put your jewelry last when dressing and first when undressing. Avoid hard contact which could cause scratches, chips and other damages.
► Cleaning & Storing
- Use a soft, lint free cloth to keep your jewelry looking shiny. Silver cleaner can be used for silver pieces. Do not use tissue paper or paper towel to clean the metal as they can cause scratching.
- Store jewelry individually in a pouch or soft lined box in a dark, cool and dry place.

► If your jewelry needs repair or renewing, please contact us for more details and instructions. For most cases we will charge a very small fee depending on the current condition of the jewelry. You will need to pay for both ways shipping. Average processing time is 6-8 weeks (excluding shipping).
► For Sale items, there will be additional charges for repair or renewing, the charge depends on current conditions of the jewelry, please contact us with photos if possible so we can advise on further details.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Current production time is 7-10 business days. (Orders with Fingerprints and Pave stone may take up to 3 weeks).

Can I rush my order?

Yes! Please select 'Rush Order + Express Shipping' at check out and include the desired delivery date in notes. Our team will reach out to you and confirm if your request is possible to do.

Can I pick up in store? Can I call you to place an order?

All sales are done online and we are unable to take orders through phone calls at the moment. In case you need assistance while placing your order online, please don’t hesitate to send us a message. We'll try our best to support you!

How do I customize my order?

Put your order details in Personalization Box or Note box at check out. If you need to upload a picture, you can attach the picture to a message and send to us after you submit your order.

Can I see how the names look like before I order?

Yes definitely. Just message us the names and the font you're interested in. We will send you a preview so you can see how it looks like before you decide to place an order.

Is the jewelry sterling silver? Can you make the jewelry in solid gold?

Yes, all products are made of Sterling Silver 925. Gold and Rose Gold jewelry are 18K Gold Vermeil or Rose Gold Vermeil.
* Vermeil is made of thick 18k gold or rose gold layered on .925 sterling silver. Vermeil is nickel-free and perfect for people with metal allergies.
* Solid gold is not yet available at the moment.

Is the necklace/ bracelet adjustable?

Necklace/bracelet is adjustable. A 16"-18" necklace can be worn at 16", 17" or 18" length. A 6"-6.75" bracelet can be worn at 6" or 6.75" length.
☛To request no extension or different necklace/bracelet length, please put in notes at check out.

What is my bracelet size?

All sizing information is included in the Listing Description.
Measure around your wrist and add 0.5” - 1” (chain bracelets) or 1”- 2” (cuff bracelets).
Cuff bracelets are not adjustable. We recommend ordering a half size up to avoid opening the bracelet too wide while putting it on, which may cause damage to the bracelet.

What is my ring size?

We make rings in standard US ring sizes. Please go to www.ringsizes.co for the full size chart.
► To determine your ring size, you can measure the inside diameter of your current ring using a Digital Ruler and then compare the measurement to this size chart.
